Annual Project Evaluation and Staff Training Conducted in Odisha
The annual evaluation of projects and a staff training program were successfully organized under the leadership of CARD.
The CFCD and Light to Life projects, implemented by CARD, are making steady progress in the Kandhamal and Kalahandi districts of Odisha. These initiatives focus on improving healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities across 24 underdeveloped villages in the region.
As part of the program, a comprehensive review of the projects’ annual progress was carried out. Key achievements across various sectors were assessed, and priority areas for future action were identified. Detailed action plans for the upcoming year were also prepared during the sessions.
The training and review discussions were led by CARD Director Rev. Shibu Samuel, Program Coordinator Rebu Thomas Mathew, Local Administrator Rev. Sijo Rajan, Rev.Ashish Shaji Daniel and Manager Jibendra Nayik.
പ്രൊജക്ട് വാർഷിക വിലയിരുത്തലും സ്റ്റാഫ് പരിശീലനവും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു
കാർഡിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സി.എഫ്.സി.ഡി., ലൈറ്റ് ടു ലൈഫ് എന്നീ പ്രൊജക്ടുകൾ ഒഡിഷയിലെ കാണ്ഡമാൽ, കൽഹണ്ടി ജില്ലകളിൽ വിജയകരമായി നടന്നു വരുന്നു. ഈ ജില്ലകളിലെ 26 അവികസിത ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലെ ആരോഗ്യപരിപാലനം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ജീവിതോപാധി വികസനം എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് പ്രത്യേക പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകിയാണ് പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ മുന്നേറുന്നത്.
പ്രൊജക്ടുകളുടെ വാർഷിക പ്രവർത്തന പുരോഗതി വിലയിരുത്തലും സ്റ്റാഫ് അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് പരിശീലന പരിപാടിയും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. വിവിധ മേഖലകളിൽ കൈവരിച്ച നേട്ടങ്ങളും മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോകേണ്ട പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും പരിപാടിയിൽ വിശകലനം ചെയ്തു. അടുത്ത വർഷത്തെ കർമ്മ പരിപാടികൾ തയ്യാറാക്കി.
