We came to document their lives. They taught us how to live ours.

We saw women work beneath the burning sun—
and still find a reason to smile. We saw an old man at his sewing machine, not because he had to prove his strength, but because his family needed him.

We saw children repairing a water source, so their mothers could return home without worry.

We saw broken walls. But never broken spirits.

And somewhere between filming their lives and listening to their stories, we realised—

Uttarakhand didn't just need its stories to be told.
It's people who need someone willing to stand with them.

That realisation became a purpose. And that purpose became "Hashtag Believer Foundation."

We came looking for stories. We found the reason we had to stay.

From a Dream to a Movement.! our journey began with a dream. A dream that took its first step as a Learning Centre, where young minds were encouraged to learn beyond classrooms, discover themselves, and believe in their potential.

But as we walked alongside communities, one truth became clearer with every initiative:

Real change is never created for people. It is created with people.

Students, volunteers, educators, community members, and institutions didn't stand on the sidelines—they became partners in building something bigger than all of us.

That is how a dream became a Learning Centre.
And a Learning Centre became the Hashtag Believer Foundation.

For the People. By the People. isn't just our tagline—it's the journey that continues to shape who we are and everything we aspire to become.

Dear Young Minds..! The world will always ask you to run faster. We ask you to pause, explore, and discover who you truly are.

The future of Uttarakhand will not be built by making every young person follow the same path. It will be built by giving every young mind the freedom to learn, create, question, innovate, and lead in their own way.

✔ नशामुक्त भारत अभियान के साथ स्वैच्छिक सहयोग (Voluntary Association) जिला प्रशासन एवं समाज कल्याण विभाग जनपद चमोली के संयोजन एवं सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा आयोजित। 

✔ अवेयरनेस क्लब प्रोग्राम के रूप में स्वैच्छिक प्रयास (Voluntary Initiative) मुख्य शिक्षा विभाग जनपद चमोली की अनुमति से जनपद चमोली के राजकीय एवं राजकीय सहायता प्राप्त इंटरमीडिएट विद्यालयों में कौशल विकास एवं जागरूकता सत्र की शुरूआत।

🎯 उद्देश्य:
नशे की आदत से

कला की ताकत तो देखिए...! होंसला ने उड़ान भरी तो पाया कि 22 बरस 100 किलो वज़न से 80% विकलांग शरीर भी विश्व पटल पर पहुंच सकता है।

नीमा..! शायद आप नहीं जानते इसे... हैशटैग बिलीवर फाउंडेशन का ये वो नायाब हीरा है जो हमें चुनौती भरे बदलाव के सफ़र में आगे बढ़ते रहने की प्रेरणा देती है। एक ऐसी प्रेरणा... जो एक दिव्यांग जीवन को आत्मनिर्भरता का उदाहरण बनाने की हमें हिम्मत देता है।

मिलिए...! हैशटैग बिलीवर फाउंडेशन की सबसे छोटी और सबसे प्यारी लाभार्थी से जोकि मानसिकता से विकलांग समाज को पग पग पर चुनौती देते हुए आगे बढ़ने की तैयारी कर रही है। वर्ष 2025 अगस्त उत्तराखंड चमोली के विकासखंड थराली में आई भीषण आपदा में रेस्क्यू मिशन के दौरान हमसे जुड़ी। हमारा प्रयास, कि बिना अपने परिवार से दूर हुए नीमा को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना और एक बेहतर भविष्य के लिए तैयार करना। हमें उम्मीद ही नहीं बल्कि पूरा यक़ीन है कि यह सफ़र एक महान अनुभव का आधार बनेगा।
