PROJECT DESCRIPTION

On 2nd May 2026, a musical evening program was arranged for the women’s cell at Thane Central Jail. The evening turned out to be deeply touching and memorable, with everyone present emotionally connecting through music. There were moments of tears, laughter, singing, and togetherness, making the program truly meaningful for all.

The program was attended by Rajaram Bhosale and Kailas Bhavar. Both appreciated the sincere efforts taken by all the singers and our club for dedicating their valuable time from their busy schedules for this special program. They thoroughly enjoyed the musical evening and encouraged such meaningful initiatives.

A heartfelt thank you to all the singers — Dr. Pinakin Patel, Dr. Sanjay Jadhav, Raji Anand, Mayur Sawardekar, and Deepak Sharma — for their wonderful performances and for making the evening so special.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

On 27th April 2026, the Inner Wheel Club of Hiranandani Estate, in association with Hiranandani Estate CHS Federation, successfully organized a Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop conducted by Dr. Shekhar Pawar of SecureClaw IT and Cybersecurity.

The workshop was focused on creating awareness among general public especially senior citizens about common cyber threats and practical ways to stay safe in today’s digital world. Dr. Pawar conducted an engaging and informative session, including a live demonstration of real-world cyber-attack techniques such as phishing scams, weak password exploitation, and social engineering tactics.

Participants were educated on important preventive measures like creating strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, practicing safe browsing habits, being cautious with suspicious emails, and securing personal devices from cyber threats.

The session was highly interactive and enlightening, helping attendees understand how simple precautions can protect their digital identity and personal information. It was a valuable initiative aimed at empowering members with knowledge and confidence to stay safe online.

Robotic cupboard donation

On 23rd April, IWCHE’s visit to ZP School, Shelavali Bangar, was truly a wonderful and inspiring experience. Our club proudly handed over a STEM Pod Robotic Cupboard for the 5th standard students, supporting their learning journey in science, technology, and innovation.

The school has been receiving many accolades for its excellent work. Just last week, one of the students won a Silver Medal in the Little Scientist Award, making the school proud. Additionally, three students have been selected for a visit to ISRO, which is a remarkable achievement. Many students have also qualified for scholarships, reflecting their hard work and dedication.

IWCHE feels honored to contribute in a small way towards their growth and success.

On 4th April, the Inner Wheel Club of Hiranandani Estate (IWCHE) organised a heartwarming musical evening at Anni Foundation. The event brought immense joy and positivity to the inmates, who wholeheartedly participated by singing and dancing, truly embracing the spirit of the moment.

Anni Foundation, a rehabilitation centre for individuals dealing with drug addiction and mental health challenges, is doing commendable work under the dedicated guidance of its founder, Aarthy Chouhan.As part of the initiative, snacks were distributed and chaddars were provided to the inmates as a gesture of care and support.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Pinakin for graciously accepting our request and creating such a lively and uplifting atmosphere.

Nature walk at Kavesar Lake organised by Innerwheel Club of Hiranandani Estate

On 13th April 2026, a refreshing walk around Kavesar Lake proved to be a perfect start to a day filled with learning and awareness. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, the session offered valuable insights into the diverse trees and plants found in the area.

We were privileged to have Mr. Anil Vagh, founder of Hirava Swapna, who has been passionately working with nature for the past seven years. His deep knowledge and enthusiasm made the walk both engaging and enlightening. He generously shared information about various medicinal plants and their uses, making the experience truly enriching.

The 45-minute guided tour through the garden was an informative and enjoyable session, leaving everyone with a deeper appreciation for nature and its healing potential.

IWCHE extends heartfelt gratitude to
Mr. Anil Vagh for conducting this wonderful nature walk. Members Seema, Anjali, Anuradha, Kavita Tiwary, Kavita Devare, and Ashwini Bhojane along with IWCHE President Sanjhukta Baide actively participated and made the session even more meaningful.

Idol collectoon drive at Hiranandani Estate organised by IWCHE

On 12th April 2026, the Inner Wheel Club of Hiranandani Estate (IWCHE) organized a meaningful collection drive for old idols and photographs of deities in association with Sampurnam Seva Foundation. The initiative received an overwhelming response from the community, reflecting strong awareness and participation towards respectful and eco-friendly disposal of sacred items.

A total of 162 kg of material was collected, amounting to a value of ₹40,500/-. The drive was successfully conducted with the active presence and support of IWCHE President Sanjhukta Baide and members Sudha, Smita, Chitra, Shobha, Anjali, Anupama, and Seema at the collection venue.

The project was a step forward in promoting environmental responsibility while preserving the sanctity of religious sentiments.

On 22nd February 2026, the enthusiastic members of IWCHE along with our President Sanjukta Bhaide, proudly participated in the Aamra Prabhashi Unity Run. It was a wonderful platform not only to promote Inner Wheel and its values, but also to showcase our talent and spirit.

Our vibrant Shakti dance performance beautifully conveyed the message of women’s inner strength, resilience, and unity. The performance was appreciated by everyone present and truly reflected the power and grace of womanhood.

We sincerely thank the Aamra Prabhashi organisers for giving us this wonderful opportunity to be a part of such a meaningful event and to celebrate the spirit of unity together.

Chadar Donation at Gurudwara

On 11th January, the Inner Wheel Club of Hiranandani Estate visited the Kopari Gurudwara.
It was a deeply spiritual and humbling experience, allowing us to connect with a higher power. Listening to the soulful kirtan filled our hearts with peace and devotion, while partaking in the Kadhi Chawal prasad reminded us of the spirit of seva and equality.

As part of our service initiative, we donated chaddars at the Gurudwara for the poor and needy. This small gesture of giving brought immense joy and reinforced our commitment to compassion, gratitude, and selfless service.

On 25th January, IWCHE had the privilege to be a part of a beautiful mass wedding ceremony of 51 Adivasi couples. The event was wonderfully organized, with over 3,000 people in attendance, making it a truly memorable and meaningful event.

IWCHE along with Zone 5, extended its support to the newly married couples by donating the following essentials:

Wedding attire and essentials:

For Brides: Saree, Shela, Mangalsutra, Nath, Earrings, Toe rings, Anklets, Potali bag

For Grooms: Shirt–pant piece, Shela, Feta.

Blanket,Chatai,Set of utensils, travel bag,Bathing
towels (2),Chadar etc.

It was heart-warming to contribute towards giving these couples a dignified and joyful beginning to their married life. 🌸
