Snehalaya- Centre for Persons in need of Special Care VISION : To improve the quality of life of, and to provide a world of opportunities to the Intellectually Challenged. Snehalaya also acts as a Day Care center.

Snehalaya, Centre for the Persons in need of Special care, was set up in July 2007 in Thane. Skill Training and Personality Development is part of our activity, for the Mentally Challenged persons and also persons with other developmental disabilities, particularly for the ones who are above 18 years of age, in our vocational section. The Trust is secular in nature. We have completed 5 years and

our accounts are audited till date. We have 80G facility and hence can take donations in the name of “SNEHALAYA CHARITABLE TRUST”

IN SNEHALAYA CENTRE TODAY WE HAD EYE CHECK UP FOR ALL STUDENTS, PARENTS AND STAFF, ORGANISED BY LIONS CLUB OF THANE CENTRAL, PRESIDENT MRS. LION RAJASHREE CHANDA DURING THE OCTOBER SERVICE WEEK. NEXT PART OF THE DAY WE HAD DANCE THEREAPY FOR OUR STUDENTS BY LION GEORIT GEORGE.
