# # # *Rotary Club of Dombivli Strengthens Healthcare at Ashraya Charitable Hospital*

The *Rotary Club of Dombivli* successfully completed its *Global Grant Project* at *Ashraya Charitable Hospital* by installing seven modern medical equipments to upgrade the Operation Theatre, Anaesthesia and Ophthalmology facilities, thereby strengthening healthcare services for the community.

The upgraded facilities were inaugurated on *8th March* by *District Governor Rtn. Harsh Makol*, whose encouragement and support played a key role in the success of the project.

The event was held in the gracious presence of dignitaries *Rtn. Srijit Poothen, Rtn. Bijoy Oommen, Rtn. B. V. Ravishankar, Rtn. Pramod Mishra, President Rtn. Sujaya Shetty, District Secretary Rtn. Vinesh Nair, TRF Director Rtn. Santosh Namboodri and Rtn. Annie Bijoy*, along with many Rotarians.

*Club President Rtn. Snehal Shinde* shared that the idea for the project emerged during a *TRF Seminar*, inspiring members to support the hospital in improving medical facilities for underprivileged patients.

The project was implemented with guidance from *District Director Global Grants Rtn. B. V. Ravishankar*, support from the *international partner Rotary Club of Louisville (Noon), Texas, USA*, and corporate support from *Centaur Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.*
