Creating Impact, Changing Lives

The TiTEN Rotary Year 2025-26 will be remembered as a landmark year in the history of Rotary District 3142 not for promises made, but for lives transformed.

With a spirit of service and collective action, Rotarians across the district came together to create measurable and meaningful impact. One of the most remarkable achievements of the year was the approval of 20 Global Grants, the highest ever for the district in a single Rotary year, representing projects worth approximately USD 1 Million. These grants are empowering communities through sustainable initiatives in healthcare, education, water, sanitation, and economic development.

Equally inspiring is the district’s commitment to saving young lives. During the TiTEN Year, more than 600 pediatric heart surgeries were facilitated, giving children a second chance at life and offering hope to hundreds of families. Behind every surgery is a story of courage, compassion, and a brighter future made possible through Rotary’s unwavering dedication to service.

These achievements are not the success of a few they are the collective accomplishment of every Rotarian in District 3142. Together, they have demonstrated that when service meets commitment, extraordinary outcomes become possible.

Creating Global Citizens, One Student at a Time

The true impact of Rotary is measured not only by the projects we undertake, but by the lives we transform and the opportunities we create.

For the first time in the history of District 3142, 10 students have been selected for the Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) Program, opening doors to international learning, cultural immersion, lifelong friendships, and global leadership.

These young ambassadors will carry the values of Rotary across borders, representing our District, our nation, and the spirit of Service Above Self.
Through this life-changing experience, they will return with broader perspectives, deeper understanding, and the confidence to become future leaders of a connected world.

This milestone reflects our commitment to investing in youth, empowering dreams, and building bridges of goodwill and understanding among nations.

Today, we celebrate not just the departure of 10 students, but the beginning of 10 extraordinary journeys that will inspire many more to follow.

Visibility is not about being seen it is about ensuring that the good work of Rotary inspires action, builds trust, and touches more lives.

For the first time in District 3142, Rotary’s message reached beyond meeting halls and project sites to become visible across communities through 56 strategically placed hoardings, supported by a strong digital presence.
Together, these initiatives have reached over 10 lakh people, creating awareness about Rotary’s mission and the power of service above self.

Every hoarding represents more than a display it represents hope, leadership, and our collective commitment to making a difference. It tells the world that Rotary is present, active, and transforming lives every day.

This achievement belongs to every Rotarian, every club, and every leader who believed that our stories deserve to be heard. When communities see Rotary, they connect with our purpose. When they understand our purpose, they become partners in creating lasting change.

Water is Life! 🌱💧

​The Rotary Club of Thane Urbania takes a major step toward sustainable water conservation! We are proud to announce the initiation of our Check Dam Project at Nibhalapada Village.
​This project aims to harvest rainwater, recharge groundwater levels, and support the local farming community by ensuring water availability during dry months.

​As ground excavation and site preparation are already underway with heavy machinery and local community participation in full swing.
​A massive thank you to our esteemed CSR partner, Crédit Agricole, for their invaluable support in making this vital ecological and community project a reality.

Global Grant #2352515 Project Completion and Handover!*
We are thrilled to share that *Rotary District 3142*, under *Global Grant # 2352515*, has successfully completed and handed over a transformative rural development project in May 2026!
Host Club *Rotary Club of Thane North*, along with our dedicated partners, has successfully implemented sustainable water and irrigation solutions to empower local farming communities:
🔹 *Solar-Powered Irrigation Systems:* in Pimpura Village, Dhabosa Village and Dungani Village
🔹 *Farm Ponds for Water Conservation:* in Sakharshet Village and Dhabosa Village
This wonderful initiative directly benefits the hardworking farmers as well as the local villagers from *Jawhar*, ensuring sustainable livelihoods and water security.
We were deeply privileged and honored to have the esteemed company and support of *DG Harsh Makol* for this landmark initiative. Your presence added immense value to this occasion!
