There has been an increased focus on risk management, finance, compliance and fraud management initiatives in recent times. There are also continuous regulatory as well as external developments and new knowledge / standards emerging in these areas. However, there is a dearth of qualified, experienced and skilled professionals in these fields. The international education options available for building skills are costly and the course curriculum is not India focussed and case studies used are mostly not relevant to Indian context.
Risk and Compliance Professionals Association (RCPA) - is a Section 8 - ‘not for profit’ company under Indian Companies Act, 2013, to address these challenges. The organization aims to create a collaborative ecosystem in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry to
