🌸 A Celebration of Gurus, Values, Culture & Leadership 🌸

This week’s Soham Leadership Program (SLP) Meet, organised by the Power Performers Team, was a joyful celebration of Teachers’ Day and Janmashtami—reminding us of the values, wisdom and leadership that shape our lives.

✨ Theme of the Meet

Inspired by the timeless bond between Lord Krishna and Arjuna, the meet reflected how teachers and mentors guide us through confusion with wisdom and courage, helping us discover our strengths, overcome challenges and choose the right path.

🎭 Highlights of the Meet

🎬 Skit: A heartfelt performance highlighting hard work, discipline and the invaluable role of teachers in every student’s journey.

🎨 Art & Craft: Creative drawings inspired by Lord Krishna and Indian culture brought the spirit of Janmashtami alive.

🧠 Mahabharata Quiz: An engaging quiz on iconic characters and the family lineage of the Mahabharata brought everyone together.

🔬 Research Presentation: The team explored Noetic Science, introducing ideas about consciousness, human potential and staying curious beyond conventional thinking.

💡 A New Perspective

A key learning was that AI should be used as a tool—not a substitute for our own creativity and thinking.

We were also encouraged to dream bigger and think beyond limitations: rather than settling for small solutions, reach out to bigger opportunities, think boldly, and believe that meaningful goals deserve ambitious ideas and courageous action.

The meet reminded us that success is built not only through talent, but through consistent effort and the guidance of those who believe in us. It celebrated gratitude, togetherness and the lifelong impact of our Gurus.

🌱*A Day of Learning, Nature & Spirituality | SLP Organisation Visit*🙏

As part of our Soham Leadership Program, we visited Aksharavanam Research Centre and Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple for a meaningful day of learning and reflection. 🌿✨

At Aksharavanam, we learned about the centre’s journey, vision, and unique approach to personalised, child-centric education. What stood out was the emphasis on learning through real-life experiences—where children take responsibility for caring for plants and animals, maintaining their surroundings, and developing practical life skills through hands-on learning. 🐄🌱

The centre’s focus on nature, sustainability, self-reliance, and learning by doing offered us a fresh perspective on education and holistic development.

We also had an opportunity to interact with the team, ask questions, and understand their approach more deeply.

🙏 We then visited Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple and spent some peaceful time at the temples of Lord Shiva, Lord Venkateshwara, and Lord Ganesha. The serene atmosphere added a beautiful spiritual dimension to the day. 🕉️✨

A day that reminded us that education goes beyond books—it is about experience, responsibility, independence, and holistic growth.🌱

“Dare to Dream, Dare to Defend” is a powerful motto that beautifully reflects the inspiring journey of Adv. Palla Radhika Sharma, who has truly lived by these words.

🌟 “Education is not just about acquiring knowledge; it is about shaping character, purpose, and the courage to make a difference.” 🌟

Soham Academy of Human Excellence was honoured to host an inspiring Eminent Interaction with Adv. Palla Radhika Sharma, Founder & Managing Advocate, Radhical Global Attorneys, Central Government Standing Counsel, and State Convenor (Women), Legal Cell, Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

The session provided an enriching platform for our young leaders to gain valuable insights into the legal profession, constitutional values, leadership, resilience, and lifelong learning.

Drawing from her remarkable journey, Adv. Radhika Sharma shared how determination, perseverance, and continuous learning helped her overcome challenges and build a successful legal career. Her experiences encouraged participants to pursue their aspirations with confidence while staying grounded in integrity and service.

The interaction became even more engaging through a thought-provoking panel discussion, an interactive audience Q&A, and insightful conversations with Sahadev Komaragiri Sir and Dakshina Murthy Chitti Sir, covering topics ranging from legal ethics and constitutional law to balancing personal aspirations with family responsibilities.

The Super Strikers Team successfully conducted this week's SLP Meet on the theme "Know Your City."🌍

The session was highly informative, engaging, and inspiring as each participant visited different locations across the city, conducted research, documented their experiences, and shared valuable insights with everyone through creative presentations, videos, and collages.

🏛️ State Assembly Mock Parliament 🇮🇳

Our State Assembly Mock Parliament was organized by Leading Legends with a clear purpose—not as a competition, but as a learning platform to identify, encourage, and showcase the immense potential of our students. 🌟 The focus of the session was to provide participants with a practical understanding of legislative proceedings while strengthening their research 📚, analytical thinking 🧠, public speaking 🎤, and decision-making abilities.

The level of preparation displayed by the delegates was truly commendable. Every participant came equipped with well-researched arguments, numerical data 📊, factual evidence 📑, and relevant references, reflecting the dedication and effort invested before the session. 💯

To replicate the dynamics of a real State Assembly, a coalition government 🤝 was formed with the support of independent MLAs. These independent members were not bound by any agreement to vote in favour of the ruling party, allowing them to exercise independent judgment on every clause. 🗳️ This created a balanced and realistic legislative environment where every debate and every vote carried significance.

As this was our inaugural Mock Parliament, we deliberately selected a straightforward yet impactful subject—the NEP Implementation in Telangana Bill 📘. The bill comprised 10 clauses, each of which was debated extensively by both the Ruling and Opposition benches. The discussions were evidence-based, insightful, and reflected a strong understanding of the issues involved.

To enhance the authenticity of the proceedings, the session incorporated parliamentary mechanisms such as the Party Whip and Division Voting. Following detailed deliberations, 3 of the 10 clauses ✅ were approved. However, as the bill did not secure the required majority support, it ultimately lapsed.

The outcome of the bill was never the defining measure of the session’s success. 🌱 Rather, the true success lay in the commitment 💪, preparation 📖, collaboration 🤝, discipline 🎯, and learning 🎓 demonstrated by every participant. The session achieved its primary objective of fostering informed debate 💬, encouraging democratic values 🇮🇳, and providing students with a meaningful legislative experience.

This Mock Parliament stands as a testament to what young minds can accomplish when provided with the right platform. ✨ Where learning transcends outcomes, and the process itself becomes the greatest achievement. 🌟

🌟 Today was not just a visit. It was a defining moment.

As part of the Soham Leadership Program 2025–26, we had the incredible privilege of visiting Devnar School for the Blind, Begumpet. We can honestly say that we went there to serve, but we came back transformed. 💫

Here is a glimpse of everything we experienced together. 👇

🧘 Yoga Session

We began the morning with a yoga session for the students, and what unfolded was nothing short of magical. Watching these incredible young minds follow every breath, every pose, and every moment of stillness with such focus, discipline, and joy was an experience we will never forget. 🌿

💡 Hygiene Awareness Session

We conducted an engaging awareness session on essential hygiene and healthy habits. What struck us most was not just how attentively the students listened, but how eagerly they participated, asked questions, and engaged throughout the session. 🍀

🌟 Talent Beyond Sight — Talent Showcase

Then came the moment that truly stopped time. The students took the stage to showcase their talents, and what we witnessed was raw, real, and absolutely breathtaking. Through singing, poetry, storytelling, and music, they performed with a confidence and conviction that left every one of us speechless. 🎤

In that moment, it became crystal clear that talent does not need vision. It only needs courage. And these students had it in abundance. 💪

🍁 What This Day Taught Us

We went there thinking we were going to give, but these extraordinary students gave us so much more in return.

They gave us perspective.
They gave us humility.
They gave us joy in its purest form.
They reminded us of what truly matters in life.

For that, we are endlessly grateful. 🙏

🌟 Serving with Devotion — The Gudi Initiative 🌟

Team Super Strikers successfully conducted this week's SLP Meet under the theme "Gudi Initiative," part of the Gudi, Badi, Ooru element of the Advanced Soham Leadership Program.

The morning began with a heartfelt Cleaning Seva at Sri Dattatreya Pahad Temple — a space with over 500 years of spiritual heritage — where participants came together to serve selflessly and experience leadership in its purest form.

One of the key highlights was the Cleaning Session & where each member came with an open heart to serve the Temple premises by cleaning it which turned into a deeply personal and reflective moment for the entire participants.

The session also included:
🧹 Cleaning Session — Temple Premises Near Hanuman Temple, 200 Steps of Stairs, Near Main Temple of Sri Guru Dattatreya, & Backside Stairs of Temple.
🙏 Darshanam — a collective moment of devotion
🎶 Keerthanas Session — connecting souls through sacred chants such as Hanuman Chalisa, Ramachandraya Janaka, Garuda Gamana Tava, Rama Nama Tarakam.
📜 Temple History — learning about Lord Dattatreya and the temple's legacy
🎙️ Sahadev Sir's Addressal — guidance that always inspires purposeful leadership

The meeting concluded with a group photo, marking a morning filled with service, devotion, and gratitude.

A heartfelt thank you to the temple's service members for their warmth and support for their guidance, and to every participant who showed up with an open heart to serve the temple.

Together, we continue to learn that leadership is not about being served — it is about learning to serve.

🌟 Career Clarity Begins with the Right Conversations 🌟

The Leading Legends team successfully conducted this week's SLP Meet on the theme, "Career Clarity." The session was designed to help participants explore various career opportunities, understand different professional domains, and make informed decisions about their future.

One of the key highlights of the session was the team-based career presentations, where participants collaborated to prepare and present together. This approach encouraged teamwork, communication, and collective learning while providing valuable insights into diverse career paths.

The presentations were categorized into six major sectors:

The meeting also featured insightful Research Presentations, an interactive Fun Activity, Sahadev Sir's Address, Catalyst Trait Sharing, Growth Meter, Closing Prayers, and concluded with a Group Photo, making it a complete learning experience.

A heartfelt appreciation to all the presenters, volunteers, catalysts, and participants who contributed to the success of this session. Together, we continue to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire growth, leadership, collaboration, and career awareness.

A Journey Towards Health, Harmony & Leadership 🧘‍♂️

“A healthy body is the foundation of a meaningful life.” 💚

On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, Soham Leaders joined the iFocus Mission’s Breakfast Meet, a morning where every session left us with a lesson to carry forward.

We started the day with a healthy breakfast 🍽️, followed by a peaceful meditation session led by Mr. Bharath Ram, helping us slow down and be present.

Mr. Abhinav then introduced us to the power of Mudras, explaining how they can help manage common health concerns and improve overall well-being. 🤲

The session continued with Simharaju Sir, who shared valuable insights on healthy eating habits, maintaining a balanced diet, and avoiding foods that harm our body. 🥗

A breathtaking yoga performance by our Soham Champs then filled the stage with energy, balance, and discipline. 🤸✨

From iFocus Mission’s Chief Coordinator, Vasudeva Sarma Sir’s address:

1. The human body is the most valuable resource on Earth.
2. “Sharira Madhyam Khalu Dharma Sadhanam” – Our body is the foundation for fulfilling our duties and purpose in life. 🕉️
