About the Role
Dharma Retreat House is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and guest experiences. This role requires a balance of warm hospitality and strong computer skills to efficiently manage digital reservations and property management software.
Key Responsibilities:
Software & Booking Management: Operate hotel booking software, manage online reservations, process check-ins/check-outs, and update room availability.
Guest Services: Serve as the main contact for guests, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth, high-quality retreat experience.
Team Supervision: Lead and schedule housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff to maintain top cleanliness and service standards.
Administration & Billing: Keep accurate digital logs of guest bookings, manage basic property expenses, and coordinate local vendors.
Key Requirements:
Strong Computer & Tech Skills: Solid experience with computers, spreadsheets, email, and property/hotel management software.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
Experience: 1–3 years in hotel, resort, or homestay management (candidates with hospitality training and strong tech capabilities are welcome).
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-altitude mountain setting.
