📢 Important Announcement 📢

We are thrilled to share some incredible news with all the citizens of Tandur! The recent events that unfolded at the Government Junior College (GJC) construction site have been resolved peacefully, thanks to the joint efforts of the HEADS (Health Education And Development Society) NGO and the Marvelous Tandur team.

It all began when a message and video regarding the construction of the GJC building in the middle of the college reached our WhatsApp group. Concerned citizens, young and old, along with various social organizations, came together to protest against this development. However, our respected Tandur Town President, Mr. Nayeem Affu, had a different approach in mind.

Mr. Nayeem Affu wasted no time and immediately contacted Mr. Jaber Khan, the Founder/Director of Marvelous Tandur, and the Chairman of the HEADS NGO, to find a resolution without resorting to a protest. We were amazed by the quick response and dedication shown by everyone involved.

Within 15 minutes, Mr. Nayeem Affu, along with Raju Goud, Narsimulu Patlola, Mohammad Irfan, and their team, arrived at the GJC site. Mr. Aziz Mujahidi, the Secretary of the HEADS NGO, and the Project Manager of Marvelous Tandur & Mr. Abdul Waheed Executive of the HEADS NGO, and the Research & Development Manager of Marvelous Tandur engaged in a fruitful discussion with the leaders, ensuring they understood the concerns raised.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the participants who showed up at the site to voice their concerns and stand up for what is right. Your support and commitment to the cause made a significant impact.

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy, who promptly instructed us to resolve the issue. The collaborative efforts of the HEADS NGO and Marvelous Tandur were able to achieve a positive outcome, thanks to his guidance.

On behalf of our entire team, we extend our sincere thanks to MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy and Tandur Town President Mr. Nayeem Affu for their invaluable support and cooperation. Your leadership and dedication to the welfare of our citizens are truly commendable.

Let us continue to work together, hand in hand, for the betterment of Tandur. We are proud to be part of a community that values open spaces for physical activities like playing cricket, jogging, and walking. Your involvement and commitment have once again proven that positive change can be achieved when we unite.

Dear All,

The HEADS (Health , Education and Development Society) NGO was established in the year 2021 to contribute to the Upliftment of downgraded health, education and development sectors and we are proud to say that we as a team have the passion to gain the same.

Further, in this process, our research team has observed that our Govt. No.1 Tandur, school has a shortage of government faculty(teachers) especially for the subjects physics and mathematics, and also for the students of 9th and 10th class.

As the students have board exams soon and don't have the above subject teachers, the team spoke with MEO Tandur and the School Principal regarding this issue with no result as they were also helpless.

In view of the above situation and to solve the hardship of the 9th & 10th class students have decided to allocate (2) teachers by paying salaries through our NGO till the time Govt. appoints or recruits new teachers or till the academic year.

Now, After successfully completion of first month of teaching The HEADS NGO has paid the salaries to both the teachers for the month of November 2022 through bank cheques and the teachers are very happy to work and showing interest in teaching and motivating students for future studies and careers.

Mr. Arif & Mr. Sameer too joined as guest of honor and appreciated the work and showed their support to our NGO.
