Celebrated World Elephant Day in the premises of Godibandha High School. One of the most elephant movement area of Talcher Range.
Hon'ble Dfo Angul, was attended as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the program. Participants are Sarpanchas, Samiti Sabhyas, VSS Presidents, Fire Officers, Forest Officers, staffs from Veterinary dept. Fodder dept., TPCODL, Police , Journalists, Head Masters and students of 17 High Schools.
Teachers have played a vital role in spreading awareness to minimise man-elephant conflict. Our dedicated effort in the past have made a difference. Despite a regular elephant movement area not a single accident occurred in those place.
On this auspicious occasion, we felicitated the Headmasters of those Schools for their unconditional efforts to minimise man-elephant conflict.
