The Rice Harvesting season has begun and our Grade 7 students are joining the brigade too, as part of their Agricultural lessons !

Our 8th Grade residential students, in collaboration with , celebrated the Joy of Giving week by organizing a Cleanliness Drive in the neighboring village. The focus was to spread awareness about plastic pollution and hence the need for segregation.

The students not only segregated the collected plastic in 'Eco Bricks', they went ahead and built a tree seat in one of the busiest lanes of the village.

We also collaborated with the neighboring Ashram Shala and taught the Eco Bricks model to 20 of their 8th Grade students too through this campaign

Kudos to the ever energetic Vijay Sakhare sir for conceptualizing and implementing this unique campaign !

The festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with great joy and excitement across the school.

A unique feature of the celebration was Rakhis tied to the trees in the campus, with the children vowing to protect and take care of those :)
