మందంగా ప్రవర్తిస్తే...
అది మత్తగజమైనా వ్యతిరేకిస్తాను
నా ప్రాణాల్నైనా పణంగా పెట్టి
అస్థిత్వాన్ని కాపాడుకుంటాను
అది ఏనుగైతే నాకేంటి?
కనీసం మొరిగైనా నా నిరసనను ప్రదర్శిస్తాను

అకారణంగా ఉరిమితే...
అది ఆకాశమైనా నాకు లెక్కలేదు
నా ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని నేలకురాస్తే
నింగిపైనా కోపగిస్తాను
అది అందకపోతేమాత్రం వదిలేస్తానా?
కనీసం ఉమ్మైనా ప్రతీకారం చేస్తాను

పేదవాడికోపం పెదవికి చేటని
నోరుమూసుకుని కూర్చుంటానా?
అన్యాయం చెవి పోటెక్కేలా..
పెదవి చిట్లినా, రక్తమే కక్కినా
ఒక్క పొలికేకైనా పెట్టిపోనా!
