Lions club of Surat North donated Rs 17000/- towards Thalassemia campaign of Surat Raktadan Kendra and Research centre on 12/2/26 on it's chartered night celebration meeting, Parimal Vyas spoke on Thalassemia and appealed all for voluntary blood donation and adoption of Thalassemia children. Thanks to lion Dr Nirmal Vaniawala and President Parag Gandhi and team North for this humanitarian service activity done by the worthy hands of District Governor lion Mona Desai with VDG Lion Priyanka Jain Raval ,PDG Lion Sudhir Desai , PDG Lion on Sanjeevkumar Kesarwani PDG Dr Bhanu Patel ,ZC lion Dr Hiren Patel lion Yogesh Desai, Lion Ketki Jagiwala , Meeta Thakar , Varsha Vyas , Lion Harikrishna Champaneria and other dignitaries. Lion Deepak Pakhale donated blood yesterday on his birthday for 78th time. Congratulations.He adopted one Thalassemia child and donated Rs 21000/- to Surat Raktadan Kendra and Research centre. A Great humanitarian service activity done by him for saving some unknown human Life with Lions Dist Governor Mona Desai, Dinesh Vakharia Vinod Chevli Bharat R Kachiwala Pradip Chevli President Pravin Patel and team lions Khatodara. PDG ,PVMCC Lion Deepak Pakhale was Felicitated with certificate of appreciation for this noble activity

The *SRKRC Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting* was conducted on 27/12/25 Saturday 10 am morning
The following SAC members were present: Dr. Vijay K. Chaudhary (Delhi), Dr. Prathibha Shetty (Mumbai), Dr. Gajendra Pratap Singh (MS Ortho-Surat), Dr. Gopal Jee (UTU Bardoli), Mr. Pradeep K. Desai, Dr. Anjali A. Karande (online), Dr. Kruti Dumaswala , Dr Kanchan Mishra and Er Parimal Vyas
During the meeting, four completed research projects, eleven ongoing research projects, and two proposed future projects were presented by our research staff. The SAC members appreciated the quality of research being carried out at SRKRC and expressed satisfaction with the institute’s academic achievements.
The committee provided several valuable suggestions, which are expected to further enhance the academic and research capabilities of SRKRC.
