We acknowledge receipt of your latest communication. The International Human Rights Organization (IHRO) reiterates that the Final Expulsion and Legal Warning issued on 01 April 2026 was not arbitrary, but a decision taken by the Global Presidency after direct consultation between Global President Dr. Nem Singh Premi and Global Vice President Dr. Mohamed Barhoumi.

Prior Dismissal: You were indeed appointed as President of the Jammu & Kashmir Chapter, but you were formally relieved of your duties by the memorandum dated 27 March 2026, duly signed by the Global President. This dismissal is valid, documented, and binding.

Continued Overreach: Despite this dismissal, you continued to claim authority as Coordinator for North India. This constitutes a serious overreach of authority and a violation of IHRO’s internal regulations.

Complaints and Unauthorized Event: IHRO has received multiple complaints, particularly from women, regarding an event you organized under the title Women’s Day on 28 and 29 March. This event was not sanctioned by IHRO. Moreover, police intervention and denial of permission nearly harmed the Organization’s reputation, as you failed to secure the required legal authorization and official permit. This represents not only a personal violation but also exposes IHRO to potential legal disputes with official authorities—something the Organization cannot accept.

Dual Leadership and Public Confusion: You also lodged complaints against another individual, Mr. Yaqoob, who claims to be President of the Kashmir Chapter. This dual leadership dispute reached the press, creating public confusion and reputational risk. Such circumstances made intervention by IHRO unavoidable.

Finality of Decision: The expulsion decision was taken by the highest authority of IHRO, namely Global President Dr. Nem Singh Premi. It is final, irrevocable, and cannot be contested. Your assertion that this decision is legally flawed is incorrect, and your demands are inappropriate.

Legal Accountability: Any further provocation, misrepresentation, or unauthorized claim of authority will be treated as impersonation and unlawful overreach, and will be met with immediate legal action before competent authorities.

Therefore, you are hereby instructed to refrain from any further correspondence with IHRO. Continued communication will compel the Global Presidency to adopt additional measures against you.

This is to inform all concerned that this page has been the official page of IHRO JK Chapter since its constitution in Jammu & Kashmir three years ago. During this period, the page has been used to share organizational activities, news statements, and updates.

As the IHRO JK Chapter body has been dissolved on 27th March 2026, this page will remain inactive until further notification from the IHRO Delhi Office.

General Memorandum on Institutional Discipline and Compliance

The International Human Rights Organization (IHRO), under the authority of its Global President Dr. Nem Singh Premi and his Deputy Dr. Mohamed Barhoumi, hereby issues this memorandum to all IHRO Ambassadors, Regional Directors, and Chapter Presidents worldwide.

The Organization emphasizes the absolute necessity of full compliance with its directives and professional standards. Any individual, regardless of position or designation, who deviates from IHRO’s institutional framework may be dismissed immediately by a single decision from the leadership.

The Organization reiterates the following:

Integrity and accountability are the unifying standards for all IHRO members.

Zero tolerance for unethical practices, unprofessional conduct, or attempts to exploit IHRO’s mission for personal or financial gain.
All appointments and mandates are strictly conditional upon adherence to IHRO’s principles and instructions.

Any violation of these standards will result in strict disciplinary measures, including permanent exclusion from IHRO.

This memorandum follows the decision taken yesterday regarding the dissolution of the Jammu and Kashmir Chapter Board and Management Team. That decision serves as a clear notification to all members that IHRO will act firmly to safeguard its dignity, transparency, and legitimacy in carrying out its humanitarian mission.

IHRO remains steadfast in its commitment to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct, and will not permit any breach that undermines the essence of human rights work.

Chapter on Institutional Discipline and Strictness

The Organization declares unequivocally that any violation or departure from its institutional framework, or any attempt to exploit its mandate for illegitimate gain, will be met with decisive and immediate action. No one, regardless of position or title, enjoys immunity from IHRO’s internal law.

This also includes addressing any authority, government, or sovereign institutions in any country for the purpose of notification and necessary action, including judicial accountability if required, against any individual, wherever they may be.

Absolute compliance with IHRO’s standards is the principle that unites us all, and any breach will be met with immediate dismissal and permanent exclusion. Let what occurred yesterday stand as a practical translation of what IHRO means by full compliance, in defense of its dignity, legitimacy, and global human rights reputation.

It is my request to all those press media members who will be present in Press Conference of Altaf Bhat to raise the question whereabouts is the proof? Secondly, in which capacity he removed us from Core group? In sha Allah we will suit a defamation case against him regarding the same but let Press ask him these 2 questions. I will wait eagerly for his answer. Let him fist have his Press Conference then we will have our next day. Then everything will be transparent and will expose him.
