"The nominations for awards will come directly from the people through e-Mail and regular mail, including courier, after which a panel of credible judges would make a selection of the people to be honored." "People interested in sending in their nominations are requested to kindly describe in around 400 words (maximum one page) why a particular person is being nominated for the award. Please email nominations through electronic mail at Kashmir [email protected] or [email protected] and by regular mail or courier to CRDP office, 3rd floor, Dar Building opposite Florence Hospital Chanapora 190015 , by or before February 15, 2017. Please note that nominations of relatives and close friends of judges and the organising committee shall not be entertained." CRDP had earlier held an award Ceremony " Kashmir's 7 September" in 2015 where Kashmiri "Brave hearts" who rescued people during 2014 floods were felicitated.
