HPV Trust On 10th April 2026,
the HPV Trust Centre in Bara Pather, Haft Chinar, hosted a meeting with active participation from members and volunteers, where ongoing projects were reviewed and key decisions were made to further enhance patient care services. Our Curative Medicine Project has registered five new patients for regular free medication, bringing relief to thousands of chronic disease patients who receive monthly supplies at no cost. The project's current monthly budget stands at ₹25-27 lakhs, underscoring our commitment to saving lives and supporting those in need. In a race against time, HPVTRUST provided a critical care ambulance for a 40 year old patient battling severe liver disease (Chronic Liver Disease with suspected HCC) along with life-threatening complications like sepsis and multi-organ failure.
From Paras Hospital to the Airport, our team ensured continuous ventilator support and critical monitoring, enabling a safe transfer for air ambulance to Delhi for advanced treatment.
In the month of March 2026, a total of 134 eligible patients were provided ambulance services by HPVTRUST, including 2 patients transferred outside the state, reflecting our continued commitment to accessible and timely healthcare support.

HPVTRUST facilitated a high-priority medical transfer for a 40-year-old patient critically ill with liver disease (Chronic Liver Disease complicated by suspected Hepatocellular Carcinoma) and life-threatening conditions such as sepsis and multi-organ failure. Our team ensured continuous ventilator support and critical care monitoring from Paras Hospital to the airport, thereby enabling a safe transfer to an air ambulance headed to Delhi for specialized treatment. During March 2026, HPVTRUST provided ambulance services to 134 eligible patients, including two individuals requiring interstate transfer, underscoring our unwavering commitment to providing timely and accessible healthcare support. Today On 5th April 2026,we witnessed a truly commendable act of humanity.
During a critical care ambulance transfer from Srinagar to AIIMS Delhi, an unknown young rider in Jalandhar went above and beyond by clearing the road for nearly 12 kilometers. His selfless support helped us save precious time and ensured the patient received timely care—at great personal risk.
Such acts remind us that humanity still leads the way.

📊 FibroScan Camp Update | HPVTRUST
From 9th August 2025 to 3rd April 2026, HPVTRUST has successfully conducted 13 FibroScan camps in collaboration with Zydus, providing free diagnostic services to 523 patients. This initiative continues to support early detection and management of liver diseases, especially for those who cannot afford such essential tests.
On 3rd April 2026, a FibroScan camp was organized at Hpvtrust pharmacy 2nd or Happy & Healthy Minds Clinic, Daresh Kadal, where the service was offered completely free of cost. During this camp, 32 patients benefitted from FibroScan testing.
All camps have been conducted under the dedicated supervision of Dr. Syed Riyaz Hamadani, Project Manager for KASHMER whose leadership and commitment have been instrumental in reaching the deserving population.

Critical Care Patient Transfer Update
We are pleased to share that a 25 year young critically ill patient, Sahil, was successfully transported from Srinagar to New Delhi through our Advanced Critical Care Ambulance Service.
The patient was received on 28-03-2026, after noon and after a continuous 17-hour journey, was safely handed over to a tertiary care hospital on 29-03-2026.
Considering the patient’s serious neurological condition, the transfer was carried out with the highest level of medical preparedness. Our ambulance was fully equipped with advanced life-support systems, and the patient remained under constant supervision of a skilled medical team throughout the journey.
All necessary precautions were taken to ensure hemodynamic stability, continuous monitoring, and timely medical intervention whenever required, ensuring a safe and seamless long-distance transfer.
This service was provided on a not-for-profit basis, reflecting our commitment to humanitarian values and ensuring that critical care remains accessible to those in need.
