To develop the personality propagating moral

values for a healthy society and encourage unity and integrity of nation. To aware the people about their fundamental rights remedies thereof and provide means, facilities and legal assistance to the poor, illiterate and needy. To protect the human rights and to keep an eagle eye on its violations and to give support in the country in general and in J&K particularly and to give support to other similar organizations working for the same cause. To establish and to constitute its branches at all levels in the state and outside the state for the promotion of aim objectives supra mentioned.

Kashmir has always been known for its warmth, hospitality, and unmatched beauty.
But today, a dark shadow has fallen over that image. The attack in is not just an act of violence — it is a wound to the soul of our land.

Those who came to experience peace were met with terror.
This is a cry from the heart — from guests who arrived with joy, now gripped by fear.

As the President of the International Human Rights Council, J&K, I, Dr. Saleem Jaffar, strongly condemn this senseless terror attack.
Violence against innocent civilians is never justified — not in Kashmir, not anywhere.

We must rise together to protect the true essence of Kashmir — its people, its guests, and its future.
