Warmest congratulations are extended to His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee, on his election as the 22nd President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) at the 46th OCA General Assembly in Tashkent on 26th January 2026. The General Assembly witnessed the participation of all 45 Asian National Olympic Committees, with His Excellency Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in attendance.
