For years, we have walked the streets of our community, visited remote villages, and sat in the homes of families struggling with illness and poverty. We have witnessed the tears of mothers unable to afford medicine for their children, the despair of elderly patients choosing between food and treatment, and the quiet dignity of communities waiting for someone to care.

Medical Camps: Reaching the Unreachable
Over the past years, AL Heal Foundation has conducted more than 50 medical camps across Srinagar and surrounding areas. These are not small initiatives—each camp represents a lifeline for hundreds of individuals who would otherwise have no access to medical consultation.
At each camp, our volunteer doctors and medical professionals provide:
• Free medical consultations covering general health, chronic disease management, and preventative care
• Free diagnostic services including blood tests, blood pressure monitoring, and other essential screenings
• Free medicine distribution on-site, ensuring that patients leave with the treatment they need
The impact has been profound. Families have discovered treatable conditions before they became life-threatening. Chronic disease patients have received ongoing care and medication. Children have been screened for preventable illnesses. And most importantly, people have felt seen, heard, and cared for.
Home Delivery of Medicine: Care Beyond the Clinic
We recognized that conducting camps alone was not enough. Many of our most vulnerable patients—the elderly, the severely ill, those with mobility challenges—cannot travel to our centre to collect medicine. So we made a decision: we would bring healthcare to them.
AL Heal Foundation has distributed free medicine through home delivery to deserving patients who are unable to visit our centre. This program has transformed lives. Patients who were skipping doses because they could not afford transportation now receive their medications at their doorstep. Families managing chronic illnesses have the support they need to maintain their health. The elderly and infirm no longer face the impossible choice between their dignity and their survival.
We have provided medicine to many patients at SKIMS, working alongside one of the region's premier medical institutions to ensure continuity of care and access to treatment.

The Crisis: Why We Are Reaching Out Now
Despite these achievements, AL Heal Foundation faces an urgent crisis: severe scarcity of funds.
Every day, we receive phone calls from deserving clients—patients who need our help, families desperate for medical care, individuals seeking medicine they cannot afford. And every day, our hearts break because we cannot respond to all of them. We have the expertise, the dedication, and the passion to help, but we lack the financial resources to continue our work at the scale it deserves.
