We are pleased to announce that the scholarship application for the Wikimedia Technology Summit (WTS) 2024 is now open! We invite all Indic Wiki project Tech contributors, active Wikimedians in WikiTech, and open-source volunteers to apply for a scholarship to attend the summit, which will be held at IIIT Hyderabad, India, in October 2024.

Wikimedians residing in India are encouraged to apply for this opportunity to join us at WTS 2024.

During this edit-a-thon, You can browse through the media uploaded as a part of India Oral Culture Project 2023-24 on Wikimedia Commons and incorporate them into relevant Wikipedia articles. Noon chai, also called Kashmiri tea, pink tea, gulabi chai, Namkeen chai and Sheer chai is a traditional tea beverage originating in Kashmir. It is made with gunpowder tea (green tea leaves rolled into small balls), milk and baking soda. It has become popular in Pakistan, India and the Caribbean.
