ActionAid Eductrain Foundation conducted an impactful session on digital literacy for workers associated with the Integrated Child Development Services, aiming to strengthen their capacity in delivering essential services more efficiently. The training focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of basic digital tools, including smartphone usage, online data entry, and accessing government portals relevant to child welfare schemes. ICDS workers, who play a crucial role in implementing nutrition, health, and early childhood education programs at the grassroots level, were introduced to practical applications of technology that can streamline their daily responsibilities. The session also emphasized the importance of digital record-keeping, real-time reporting, and effective communication through digital platforms. Trainers adopted an interactive approach, combining demonstrations with hands-on activities to ensure better comprehension among participants, many of whom had limited prior exposure to digital systems. A medical camp was successfully organized by ActionAid Eductrain Foundation in Leh, Ladakh, where a total of 166 patients received medical care and support. The initiative aimed to improve access to healthcare services in remote and underserved communities. MBBS ,MF Doctors and volunteers provided consultations, basic treatments, and health awareness sessions. Medicines were distributed free of cost, ensuring immediate relief for those in need. The camp also emphasized preventive care and hygiene practices. Overall, the effort made a meaningful impact on the well-being of the local population and strengthened community health outreach initiatives in the region and supports sustainable healthcare development.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a special celebration and awareness programme was organized at the ActionAid Eductrain Foundation The event aimed to promote awareness about women’s rights, social issues affecting women, and the importance of empowerment in society.The programme was attended by several distinguished guests and community members. The chief guest of the event was the Head of the Social Welfare Lok Adalat, who attended the programme to encourage and support the cause of women’s welfare and justice.During the session, the speakers discussed women’s rights and the importance of legal awareness among women. They explained that many women are not fully aware of the rights and protections available to them under the law.Women empowerment was discussed in terms of education, financial independence, decision-making power, and equal participation in social and economic activities.Participants were encouraged to build confidence, support each other, and stand against injustice.The programme concluded with a message that women’s empowerment is essential for building a just and progressive society.t the end of the session, nutrition packs were distributed among the participants.The nutrition packs were provided in customized bags prepared specially for the programme.A total of 100 beneficiaries received the nutrition packs as part of the Women’s Day celebration.The participants expressed gratitude to the Actionaid Eductrain Foundation and the invited guests for organizing such an informative and meaningful programme.The event ended on a positive note with a renewed commitment to continue spreading awareness about women’s rights, social justice, and empowerment.
