Subject: Complaint letter against Ingenious School of Education Malla Bagh Srinagar

With profound esteem I am writing this letter to bring it to your kind notice that I visited the above mentioned school for my child's admission in class nursery and the school authorities entirely violate the Govt rule According to Section E (I) of Jammu and Kashmir School Education Act' 2002 has specially prescribed that schools shall not charge any fee from parents except tuition fee , transport fee ,further the school management cannot in law and on any moral justification pressurize the parents to pay tuition fee in advance for six months or for whole year.
However, I was asked to pay the total amount of Rs .65000 in one installment for the whole year in cash not through online mode in this digital world, which clearly reveals their making black money on the name of charitable work .Imparting education is not a commercial activity but is a charitable work but unfortunately, such type of schools are using this pious work as to meet their own unfair instincts.
Schools are being set-up to impart education to children.Non payment of fee should not come in the way of such a pursuit of the student . However, some big business class are not impacted by this unfair practice of such schools but these should understand the level of that section of people who are financially challenged and their eyes are clouded with fancies to facilitate their children with quality education but such type of schools shatter all their hopes.
This Ingenious School demanded monthly tution fee of 2600 and 2000 transport fee and other annual charges for a month , which goes around 33800 a year out of 65000 then why do parents pay the remaining amount of 30000.
Moreover,I was told that I would get the receipt of only half amount not for the total amount which was quite clear that their intention is evil to meet their unfair ends
The school management,in case of deserving parents have made some concessions in fee dues and should fix easy installments for payment of all such dues.This act of schools is unethical and immoral and against law and should be given strict and appropriate punishment.
Therefore it is being urged to take a stern action against the school authorities.I shall be highly obliged.
