3rd & last Day 30.04.26 of CRE Disha curriculum Training Programme 🌟

On the successful completion of the 3-day Offline CRE Programme (28.04.2026 to 30.04.2026) on DISHA Curriculum Training Programme, organized at
Red Cross Hindu Institute for Education and Rehabilitation of Mentally Challenged Children, under the aegis of The Sonepat Hindu Educational and Charitable Society,
we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this programme a grand success.

We express our sincere thanks to our respected President Sh.Rajiv Aggarwal for his constant support and encouragement.

We are deeply grateful to our guiding force, Principal Dr. Arun Mittal, for his leadership and for distributing Disha Curriculum approximately 700 books & manuals 📚 to participants, enriching their practical knowledge.

Special thanks to the Director of the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID), based in Secunderabad with a Regional Centre in Noida, is Maj. Dr. B. V. Ram .

🌍 World Health Day Celebration | Proud Achievement 🏆

On the occasion of World Health Day, the D.Ed. Special Education (IDD & HI) Teacher Trainees (09 TT) of Red Cross Hindu Institute for Education and Rehabilitation of Mentally Challenged Children, Sonipat, Haryana actively participated in a Speech Competition आयोजित at Hindu College of Pharmacy, Sonipat.

This inspiring participation was conducted under the valuable guidance of Principal Dr. Arun Mittal.

We are proud to share that Deepika, trainee from RHUCHI D.Ed. Spl. Ed. IDD 2nd Year, secured 🥈 2nd Prize and was awarded a cash prize of ₹500/-.

💙 Autism Awareness Week | In-Campus Rally Report 💙

At Red Cross Hindu Institute for Education and Rehabilitation of Mentally Challenged Children, Sonipat, Haryana, an in-campus awareness rally was organized on the occasion of Autism Spectrum Disorder Awareness Week under the valuable guidance of Dr. Arun Mittal.

The rally was conducted within the institute campus with active participation from students, special educators, rehabilitation professionals, and staff members. Students carried awareness placards and posters with inspiring messages promoting acceptance, inclusion, and early intervention for children with autism.

The rally aimed to spread awareness about the importance of understanding the unique abilities of children with autism and creating an inclusive environment for their growth and development.

Our respected Principal, Dr. Arun Mittal, graciously and staff of Department D.Ed spl.iEd.IADD,HI welcomed the group and shared inspiring insights on the importance of inclusive education and rehabilitation practices.

📘 हरियाणा बोर्ड का नया शिक्षा निर्णय (संक्षिप्त रिपोर्ट)
हाल ही में Board of School Education Haryana ने कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण नया निर्णय लिया है। इस नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत अब छात्रों को त्रिभाषा प्रणाली (Three Language System) के अंतर्गत पढ़ाई करनी होगी, जिसमें हिंदी और इंग्लिश अनिवार्य होंगी तथा तीसरी भाषा के रूप में संस्कृत, पंजाबी या उर्दू में से किसी एक का चयन करना होगा।
इसके साथ ही बोर्ड ने मूल्यांकन प्रणाली में भी बदलाव किया है। पहले छात्रों के कुल 6 विषय होते थे, जिनमें से 5 विषयों के सर्वश्रेष्ठ अंक (Best 5) के आधार पर प्रतिशत और डिवीजन निर्धारित किया जाता था। लेकिन अब नई नीति के अनुसार 7 विषय होंगे, जिनमें से 6 सर्वश्रेष्ठ विषयों (Best 6) के आधार पर परिणाम तैयार किया जाएगा।
विशेष रूप से, दिव्यांग छात्रों के लिए भी एक सराहनीय कदम उठाया गया है। श्रवण एवं वाणी बाधित (Deaf & Dumb) छात्रों के लिए सिलेबस में Indian Sign Language को शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया गया है, जिससे उनकी शिक्षा अधिक समावेशी और सुलभ बन सके।
यह निर्णय हरियाणा बोर्ड की ओर से शिक्षा में समानता, समावेशन और गुणवत्ता सुधार की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण और प्रशंसनीय पहल है।

Purple Fest Visit – Amrit Udyan, New Delhi

Place: Amrit Udyan, New Delhi
On 13 March 2026, students of RHUCHI and WCHI along with CWSN (Children With Special Needs) participated in the Purple Fest organized in Amrit Udyan, New Delhi.
The visit was organized to promote awareness, inclusion, and social participation of persons with disabilities. Students and children enthusiastically participated in various activities and programs conducted during the festival.
During the event, participants observed different awareness stalls, cultural activities, and exhibitions related to disability inclusion, assistive devices, and empowerment of persons with disabilities. The children enjoyed the beautiful environment of Amrit Udyan and actively interacted with other participants.
This visit provided a valuable learning experience for students and helped promote confidence, motivation, and social interaction among CWSN. The program was informative, inspiring, and successfully completed.

📢 Cyber Security Training Workshop at RHUCHI Campus

Under the aegis of The Sonepat Hindu Educational and Charitable Society
A very informative Cyber Security Training Workshop was successfully organized at the RHUCHI Campus in collaboration with Chirag Foundation and MSME Haryana, India.
The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Principal of Pharmacy as well as RHUCHI, Dr. Arun Mittal. The program was organized with the support and collaboration of Chirag Foundation Director Mrs. Saroj Ma’am.
The Resource Person, Mr. Harpreet Singh from MSME Haryana, India, delivered an insightful session on Cyber Security Awareness, highlighting the importance of online safety, protection from cyber fraud, and responsible digital behavior.
The workshop proved to be very beneficial for participants as it enhanced awareness about digital security in today’s technology-driven world.
The institute expresses sincere gratitude to all the dignitaries and participants for making this workshop successful and meaningful.
