Bon Children's Welfare Center Bon Children Welfare Center is established in a small village of Himachal Pradesh commonly known by the name of Dholanji which is 15 km away from Solan.

Bon Children Welfare Center was established by HH the 33rd Menri Trizen Rinpoche for the care and education of orphans, Semi-orphans and destitute children of the himalayan region included from Nepal,Bhutan and India. It is running under the Yundrung Bon Monastic Centre which is registered for non-profit trust. This society is running through the donation by the generious people from whole over wo

rld only.

1 The Children are provided with best of modern education along with a deep and intimate understandiing of the rich cultural of the native religion the BON.
2. Providing all the needed of every single child by the society.
3. To promote physical and mentally fit we are organising daily co-curriculam activities among the four houses.
4. The staff are given them love and care as their parent. Help these young child for becoming self-reliant,contributing members of the society and the world community. Thanks you for your support and generious.

Visit of Rani Pratibha Singh

On 7 August 2026, our alumnus, Amchi Yungdrung Woser, popularly known as Dr. Young, paid a visit to Rani Pratibha Singh, widow of the late Raja Virbhadra Singh, along with Smt. Amreen Kaur Sekhon, wife of the Hon’ble PWD Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Vikramaditya Singh.
During the visit, they graciously gifted BCWC three editions of the SODRA Magazine. We are currently working on the 4th edition and warmly welcome ideas, suggestions, and support. Please feel free to contact us regarding any contributions or assistance for the upcoming edition.
We sincerely express our heartfelt gratitude to them for their kind gesture and continued support towards BCWC.

A warm gathering of BCWC/Dholanji alumni currently studying in Varanasi was held at the prayer hall of the Varanasi Yungdrung Bon School. It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, share experiences, and enjoy meaningful conversations together.
