The French Institute in India, Embassy of France is accepting applications for the below scholarship programmes for the academic year 2024
CHARPAK LAB SCHOLARSHIP : Deadline: 13 February, 2024 (23:59 IST)
The students enrolled in an Indian institution at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level, planning to undertake a training/research project at a French higher education institution or laboratory during their academic break (between May and July) are eligible to apply.
Scholarship inclusions
- monthly stipend of 700 euros
- student visa fee waiver

CHARPAK MASTER'S SCHOLARSHIP : Deadline: 20 March, 2024 (23:59 IST)
Students or professionals who wish to pursue a master's degree program in France for one or two years in any discipline are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Scholarship inclusions
- Monthly allowance of 860 euros
- Student visa and Etudes en France fee waiver
- Assistance to find affordable student accommodation (priority access to CROUS residencies, subject to availability)
- Social security
The interested candidates must submit their application on the online scholarship portal along with the documents listed on the Campus France India website. Note:
- applicants must have applied for admission to a French higher education institution (study period beginning between September and December 2024) before starting the scholarship application procedure
- those who have not received the acceptance letter from the French university before the scholarship deadline, can attach an email communication or other proof to show that they will receive it later.
