Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh Official Bhagop is committed to the vision of a Gorkha society in India, recognized and accepted as a dignified, cultured and patriotic society. Sukman Moktan.

Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh was established in 2001. It has its headquarters at Siliguri, in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal and unit offices in almost all the regions of India, including the states of Delhi, Sikkim, Assam, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Utta

r Pradesh and Punjab. Former Member of Parliament, Mrs. Dil Kumari Bhandari, was its first President. She was followed by Dr. Enos Das Pradhan and Mr. Its current national president, Dr. Munish Tamang, is based in Delhi while the Secretary General, Mr Nirmal Pun is based in Siliguri.

1. Vision

The Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh is committed to the vision of a Gorkha(Nepali) society in India, recognized and accepted as a dignified, cultured and patriotic society at par with any other civilized modern Indian society enjoying the full rights and privileges enshrined in the Indian Constitution.

2.Mission

The Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh is committed to the task of bonding each and every member of the Gorkha community in a national, unified body through systematic planning and orientation, thereby strengthening and guiding them in all aspects of their social, cultural, educational, economic and political growth.

3.Demands

Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh has identified six issues of the Indian Gorkhas to be resolved at the national level:

Creation of a separate state for the Gorkhas of India
Identification of the problems of tea garden and cinchona plantation in Darjeeling-Dooars as a national problem
Addressing the sense of insecurity and uncertainty in the minds of Gorkhas of Northeast India
Commissioning of a Doordarshan channel dedicated to the Nepali-speaking Gorkhas
Accessing for Gorkhas all social benefits under Constitutional provisions like SC, ST, OBC, etc, in all parts of India and nomination of Gorkhas to public and government bodies
Recognition of Gorkhas as a linguistic minority community

4.Membership

The Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh has both institutional and individual memberships. Many cultural, literary and social organizations are associated with it. The Parisangh also has individuals in its rolls, including eminent political leaders, litterateurs, cultural personalities, academicians and professionals. Its main membership - and its strength - however, remains the mass of common people who aspire to be active players in the progress of India.

_महा अधिवेशन चलो आगरा_
30 , 31 जनवरी और 1 फरवरी 2026

दिनांक :-23/11/2025 को ताज नगरी आगरा मे राष्ट्रीय संगठन भारतीय गोर्खा परिसंघ का अगामी तीन दिवसीय सातवां राष्ट्रीय महाअधिवेशन के लिए बैठक संपन्न हुई।

राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के पदाधिकारी एवं अधिवेशन संयोजक क्रमश :- मा. श्री याम प्रसाद घिमिरे जी राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष मा. श्री अनिल थापा जी राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष एवं जोन-4 अध्यक्ष के नेतत्व मे और श्री दुर्गेश थापा जी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष (भार) की उपस्थिति मे समस्त पदाधिकारियों के निर्णय के अनुसार उक्त कार्यक्रम के लिए एक स्वागत कमेटी का गठन हुआ जिसमे श्री रवि थापा को स्वागत कमेटी का अध्यक्ष चुना गया जिसके अंतर्गत एक वित्त कमेटी का भी गठन हुआ सभी सम्बंधित विभाग के वालिंटियर की सूची विभाग सहित ग्रुप के माध्यम से दे दी जाएगी .

उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों कि सहमति से एक बड़ा और आधुनिक सभागार (Mega Auditorium), राव कृष्णा पाल सिंह सभागार RBS कॉलेज , आगरा (क्षमता 650 व्यक्ति) को निश्चित कर लिया गया है और इसके साथ 120 बेड और 5 कमरे वाला सरकारी यूथ हॉस्टल अगुन्तको के लिए निश्चित किया गया है यूथ हॉस्टल से सभागार की दूरी मात्र 1.1 किलोमीटर है .

बैठक मे श्री याम प्रसाद घिमिरे जी और श्री अनिल थापा जी ने सभी वालिंटियर को विभाग के अनुसार कार्य को कैसे क्रियावंतित किया जाय इस पर जोर दिया इसके साथ तीन दिन की चलने वाली प्रक्रिया और संचालन के साथ प्रत्येक दिवस के लिए मुख्य अतिथि का भी निर्णय हुआ।

जिला आगरा ने राष्ट्रीय एवं प्रदेश के पदाधिकारियों का स्वागत किया समस्त पदाधिकारीयो मे उत्साह का संचार था बैठक मे मुख्य रूप से प्रदेश कोषाध्यक्ष शेर बहादुर राना जी प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष संगठन गौरव सिंह , प्रदेश सचिव संगठन श्री रवि विश्वाकर्मा , जोन-4 सचिव श्री गोविन्द पंथी जी (दूरभाषिक वार्तालाप) जिला अध्यक्ष रवि थापा और उनकी समस्त जिला टीम विष्णु वर्मा , राम बहादुर , सोनू बहादुर , डीनो मंगल राना , भीम बहादुर उपस्थित रहे सभी जिला टीम का आभार 🙏🏻

Today, November 4, our stalwart Shri Pappu Pradhanji, president of CPC Delhi, Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh, left Delhi after four decades to return to his hometown of Mirik after retirement from service. He was feliciated and given a warm sendoff by the Gorkhas of Delhi.

आज नोभेम्बर ४, भारतीय गोर्खा परिसंघका CPC दिल्लीका अध्यक्ष श्री पप्पु प्रधानजी चार दशकपछि सेवाबाट अवकाश लिएर दिल्ली छोड़ी आफ्नो गृहनगर मिरिक फर्किए। उनलाई दिल्लीका गोर्खाहरूले सम्मान र न्यानो बिदाइ दिए।
