Today, Guru Mahฤrฤja showed a slight but positive improvement in his consciousness although it still remains low. we are grateful to see signs that he is gradually becoming more externally responsive. His responses to his surroundings have increased, and the medical team is cautiously optimistic that we will see further improvement in his external consciousness over the coming days. We are encouraged by this small but meaningful step and hope this progress continues.
According to the ICU team, there were no acute findings on the MRI performed yesterday. The seizures have stopped, and at present, there do not appear to be any active infections. We hope this continues. Antibiotics have therefore been stopped for the time being.
Further tests and procedures are being performed to investigate his condition and, as much as possible, stay ahead of any potential new infections.
Another positive update is that a special medication that has been very difficult to source has now reached the hospital. This was made possible through the efforts of many individuals and relevant authorities. We are very grateful to everyone who helped make this possible.
The devotees, doctors, nurses, and servants are working to keep Guru Mahฤrฤja's body comfortable and properly supported. Everyone is working around the clock to improve the situation, and we are very grateful to have such a dedicated team fully invested in Guru Mahฤrฤja's care and well-being.
Today, His Holiness Radhanath Swami chanted for Guru Mahฤrฤja through a video call.
We have heard from many yatras that intense chanting, prayers, and yajรฑas are being performed for Guru Mahฤrฤja. Also today, His Holiness Radhanath Swami chanted for Guru Mahฤrฤja through a video call. We truly feel that this is the best medicine we can offer.
We also kindly ask everyone to avoid spreading rumors or speculating about Guru Mahฤrฤja's condition. We receive many messages regarding misinformation and rumors that are not part of the official updates. This creates unnecessary stress and confusion. We therefore ask everyone to rely on the official updates.
We ask all devotees to please continue their intense prayers. ลrฤซla Prabhupฤda instructed them to pray in this way:
