অখিল ভারতীয় বিদ্যার্থি পরিষদ আসাম প্রদেশ এবং রাষ্ট্রিয় কলা মঞ্চ আসাম প্রদেশের যৌথ উদ্যোগে শুরু হতে চলেছে বরাক উপত্যকা ভিত্তিক বরাক সাংস্কৃতিক মহোৎসব। এই মহোৎসবে ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা বিভিন্ন প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রণ করতে পারবে যেমন ব্রবীন্দ্র সংগীত , রবীন্দ্র নৃত্য ,নজরুল গীতি ,লোক সংগীত ,ধামাইল,ঝুমুর নৃত্য ,রাস নৃত্য এবং আল্পনা প্রতিযোগিতা যেখানে থাকবে আকর্ষণীয় প্রাইজ মানি এবং ট্রোফি। এই প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য নাম পঞ্জিয়ন করতে হবে তার জন্য গুগল ফর্ম উপলব্ধ করানো হবে।

Today the intra-district Final of all Assam U-20 Mahabir Lachit Cup, a football tournament which is being jointly organised by ABVP Assam, Khelo Bharat, Assam Football Association and North East United Football Club, of Cachar district was held at Assam University Silchar between Cachar College (Silchar) and Bagpur High School (Lakhipur) where Bagpur High School won the match and advanced for the Zonal Semi-final (Zone 4).

The event was graced by the presence of the Registrar of Assam University Silchar, Dr. Pradosh Kiran Nath sir (who graced the event as the Chief Guest); Dr. Sanjay Sinha sir, Vice-President, ABVP Assam; Shri Aditya Dey, National Executive Council Member, ABVP and District Convenor, ABVP Cachar District; Shri Utsav Singh, Central University Convenor, Northeast Zone, ABVP and Shri Samarkant, Khelo Bharat Convenor, ABVP Assam University Unit.
