The below uploaded documents are the affidavit-in-opposition submitted by SCERT, Assam, the respondent no.3 in our writ petition. We had made SCERT a respondent because all letters regarding development of teaching learning materials of foundation stage of our language were issued to both organizations from their end. Before approaching the GHC, we had communicated with SCERT to take necessary steps regarding implementation of our language as a medium of instruction in the foundation stage. In their affidavit in sl. nos. 6 & 7, they have clarified some actions taken by our community organizations, keeping the whole society in the dark. The NEP matter wasn't for a particular organization; it is for the children of the BM Community. We would like to request all organizations to maintain good liaison when the matter is for the greater interest of society. Mahasabha has already become an infamous organization to the common people of society. So, leaders are requested not to harm this organization any further.

The writ petition was filed by our organization to end the stalemate in NEP 2020. Sahitya Sabha also submitted teaching-learning materials as per NEP 2020. This organization was made a proforma respondent so that they cannot raise any objections in the process taken by our organization. As our initiative was for the greater interest of society, all documents related to our writ petition are also for society. We are making it public to let society know the details of the petition.

This uploaded document below is an implead petition filed by a faction of Mahasabha led by Ram Babu Sinha to become a new party in our lawsuit. It was not necessary, as Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, Assam, a proforma respondent in the case, is a wing of Mahasabha, although it is an independent registered organization. Initially, we thought to oppose Mahasabha's impleadment, but later we decided to allow them to be a respondent so that they come under legal bindings. We are making this implead petition public so that people can see what this organization is actually doing in the name of social responsibility. They had submitted an affidavit-in-opposition, which will later be made public. As our writ petition was for the greater interest of society, we are bound to release all the affidavits and documents submitted by the respondents and proforma respondents. People are requested to go through this minutely.
