Healing every Child through Art

Umeedd A Better Tomorrow is a Silchar based non-governmental organization working in Barak Valley, Assam for Children Rights and Welfare. Umeedd was founded in New Delhi in 2014, but shifted its operations to Silchar, Assam in 2015.

Since then we have been working on creating a safe place for our children by focusing mainly on Child S*xual Abuse, through art. We believe that art, with its immense spectrum, has the magnitude to connect to a multitude of people, as well as convey the complexities of every human emotion, and every aspect of our society. Hence, all that we have done, till date, has embodied art in its being.
