* Programme on Pipeline- Hoolock Gibbon Conservation programme at Borail Wild Life Sanctuary with CEE and USFWS, Selected organisation for establishment of Child Line at Silchar by District Administration, opening of day time creche for Tea garden laborers as pilot project.
