Congratulations to the 13 Kickboxers of Kickboxing Association Cachar (KAC), Silchar on an outstanding performance! 🏆💥

The team returns home Silchar with an impressive haul of:
- 11 Gold Medals 🥇
- 11 Silver Medals 🥈
- 2 Bronze Medals 🥉

Some of them have made amazing performances in the Ring Sport event of Kickboxing like Full Contact and K1 Style and won by TKO which is big achievement of KAC Team

Special mention to the girls of Silchar (KAC) who made a mark in the ASMITA Kickboxing City League part of Khelo India Womens lead at Guwahati DTRP indoor with their remarkable participation and some won in double events of Kickboxing 💪

All Assam 45th Sub-Junior Inter-District State Boxing Championship 2025
(10th – 13th July 2025)

The Cachar District Boxing Association proudly participated in the 45th All Assam Sub-Junior Inter-District State Boxing Championship, held from 10th to 13th July 2025.

A contingent of 6 talented young boxers represented Cachar district — 3 boys and 3 girls — marking a significant milestone in the history of boxing for the region.

Performance Highlights:

2 boys and 1 girl reached the quarter-finals, showcasing impressive skill and determination.

1 boy advanced to the semi-finals and secured a bronze medal for Cachar district.

This bronze medal marks a historic achievement, as it is the first-ever medal won by Cachar in the history of this prestigious sport of Boxing in Assam.

1. Ariyan Singh (reached in Semifinal 30-33kg boys won bronze)

2. Mercy R. Lungtau (reached in quarter finals 49-52kg girls)

3. Binit Roy (reached in quarter finals 37-40kg boys)

4. M. Lucky Krishnan Singha (reached in quarter finals 33-35kg)

5. Smailee Barman (43-46kg girls)

6. Jianpuilu Rongmei (46-49kg girls)
