🌿 Session on Constitutional Value – Liberty 🇮🇳

Under the May I Help You project, an insightful session was conducted in Village Bagaiya and Village Kherwa, where around 57 participants including youth and community members took part enthusiastically.

The session focused on the Constitutional Value of Liberty, exploring its importance in society and understanding why liberty became essential before and after India’s independence.

Facilitators discussed how liberty is not just freedom of speech or action, but also freedom of thought, belief, and expression, which forms the foundation of a just and democratic society. Participants shared their own reflections on how liberty empowers individuals to live with dignity and equality.

Such sessions help deepen the community’s understanding of constitutional values and inspire collective responsibility to uphold them in everyday life. 🌼

🌿 Gandhi Jayanti @ MIHY Foundation 🌿

On 2nd October, MIHY Foundation organized a special meeting with youth to commemorate Gandhi Jayanti. The session focused on the life and values of Mahatma Gandhi and their connection with the Constitutional values that guide our society today.

🕊️ The discussion highlighted how Gandhi Ji’s principles of non-violence, truth, and equality remain deeply relevant in shaping a just and inclusive society. Youth participants also reflected on the values enshrined in the Constitution — Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity — and how these continue to strengthen our democracy.

💬 During the interaction, young participants not only shared their learnings from Gandhi Ji’s life but also expressed their views on various government policies and their impact on society. The dialogue reflected the awareness, curiosity, and critical thinking of today’s youth.

✨ At MIHY Foundation, we believe that youth participation is the real power of social change. Such platforms inspire young minds to become active citizens while keeping alive the values of our leaders and the spirit of our Constitution.

Sahbhoj – Unity in Diversity through Shared Meals

On 14th September 2025, MIHY Foundation organized a special Sahbhoj (Community Lunch) under the May I Help You Project at our Sitapur office.

85 participants from villages – Asaniya, Kherwa, Seergunj, Mahargunj, Bagaiya, and Satnapur – came together, contributing food items from their homes, cooking collectively, and sharing a meal as one community.

Despite heavy rainfall affecting attendance, the event turned into a symbol of hope and change – breaking down walls of unch-nich (social hierarchy) and rigid orthodox mindsets.

Along with the shared meal, youth also engaged in a meaningful discussion on Constitutional values, particularly Equality, Fraternity, and Justice. The session reinforced how small collective actions can dismantle big barriers.

🌱 MIHY Foundation – Workshop on Organic Farming & Environment Awareness 🌱

Our team at MIHY Foundation recently visited Village Saraura and Chota Raampur, where we had the opportunity to interact with local farmers.

During the workshop, we engaged in meaningful discussions on:
✅ The importance of organic farming and its long-term benefits.
✅ Farmers’ current challenges in agriculture.
✅ Practical ways to improve and protect our environment.

This exchange of ideas was not only insightful but also highlighted the need for sustainable solutions and collective action. 🌍✨

🌍 Independence Day Celebration with Youth Engagement | MIHY Foundation 🌍

🌿 Creating Safe Spaces for Young Voices — Youth Adda by MIHY Foundation
📍 Under the “May I Help You” Project | Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh

At MIHY Foundation, we believe that real change begins when young people are heard, respected, and empowered. In alignment with this vision, we recently organized a powerful Youth Adda under the May I Help You Project — a space curated for rural youth to come together, speak freely, reflect deeply, and connect meaningfully.

🧠💬 More than 100 participants from villages like Kherwa, Asaniya, Maharnagar, Seergunj, and Bagaiyya took part in this interactive gathering. The adda was not just an event — it was an opportunity for young minds to:

🔹 Express their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences
🔹 Understand their fundamental rights and place within the Constitution
🔹 Critically reflect on social norms and regressive thinking
🔹 Imagine and shape a society based on equality, justice, and dignity for all

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 One of the most heartening aspects of the event was the active participation of parents, who joined hands with their children to explore what an inclusive and respectful future can look like.

🌈 The event reaffirmed our belief that dialogue is the first step to transformation. By simply giving youth a safe and inclusive space, we unlock their potential to lead, question, and co-create a better world.

🌟 "May I Help You" Project – Spreading Constitutional Values in Rural India 🇮🇳 🌟
Under the May I Help You initiative, we recently conducted powerful and engaging sessions in Village Kherwa and Asaniya, where participants explored the meaning of constitutional values, unity in diversity, and even created a beautiful map of India together 🗺️✨
👥 Around 65 participants took part with great enthusiasm — learning, expressing, and committing to bring these values into their own lives.
A truly inspiring moment came from a young girl named Jyoti. Earlier, her parents did not allow her to go out of the house. But after attending the session, she found the courage to talk to her father — and for the first time, she received the freedom to step outside and learn. 🌈💪
This is what transformation looks like. One session. One conversation. One courageous step.
Let’s continue to build a world where every voice matters, every individual is aware of their rights, and no one is left behind. 🇮🇳🤝

🌿 Empowering Rural Youth through Constitutional Awareness and Critical Thinking
📍 Asaniya & Maharajnagar, Sidhauli Block, Sitapur

Under the "May I Help You" program, two impactful workshops were recently organized in the villages of Asaniya and Maharajnagar in Sidhauli, Sitapur. The initiative aimed to engage rural youth in meaningful dialogue around patriarchal mindsets, social norms, and their constitutional rights and values.

🎯 Key Highlights of the Workshops:
Youth participants were guided to identify and critically reflect on deep-rooted patriarchal beliefs and societal structures.

Discussions focused on constitutional values, especially equality, liberty, and dignity.

Baseline forms were filled for those who had missed them previously, ensuring full inclusion and documentation of participants.

🌟 A Story of Change from Asaniya:
One of the most inspiring moments came from Mohini, a young girl from Asaniya, who after attending the session, decided to step out of restrictive social thinking and enrolled in a computer literacy program. Her courage and determination stand as a testament to how informed awareness can lead to real social change.

💬 Positive Response in Maharajnagar:
In Maharajnagar, participants not only engaged deeply with the sessions but also expressed enthusiasm and curiosity to learn more about their rights and role in building an equitable society. The energy and openness of the local youth were truly encouraging.

🤝 These workshops are part of our ongoing effort to empower rural youth, especially girls, by bridging the gap between awareness and action. We believe that transformative conversations, when rooted in values of the Constitution, can lay the foundation for inclusive and just communities.
