Southern Border Youth Welfare Association To promote and develop the backward of our area "Southern Border Area" East Jaintia Hills Dist.Khliehriat. Elaka: Rymbai and Lakadong, H.Q-Bataw Village.

The aim is to promote and develop our community in Border Area for the welfare of the people and to preserce and protect the Environment, Indigenous Culture and so on.Then also to bring the unity among the people of the village and to help the people in time of grievesnes especialy for the Disability person.
