We are absolutely thrilled and immensely proud to celebrate the wonderful achievement of Banteilang Kharmuti, a 1st-year Vocational Education Training (VET) student at MRCSE! Banteilang successfully participated in and completed the 5K run at the prestigious 5th Sohra International Half Marathon, held on 4th September 2026. The mega event was organized by the Meghalaya State Olympic Association in collaboration with State Athletic Bodies, and recognized by the Athletics Federation of India (AFI).
Banteilang’s inspiring journey to the finish line is a beautiful example of community support and personal grit:
A special note of gratitude goes to Mr. T. Kharhujon (a parent of one of our school's students), whose kind support in handling the registration process paved the way for Banteilang's participation.
Showcasing incredible discipline, Banteilang caught the event management bus from Shillong Barik at the wee hour of 2:30 AM to make it to the starting point.
By 5:00 AM, he was at the designated starting line at Cherra Presbyterian School, Nongsawlia, well ahead of time. Banteilang courageously braved the rain, heavy fog, and mist along the famously scenic, winding routes of Sohra.
All his hard work, early morning sacrifices, and perseverance paid off beautifully as Banteilang crossed the finish line to claim a spectacular FINISHER'S MEDALLION!This is an incredibly proud moment for Banteilang, his family, and the entire school fraternity.Congratulations, Banteilang! Keep up the fantastic spirit, stay inspired, and keep on running!🎊🎉

Children's Business Fair 2026- BY THE KIDS- FOR THE KIDS,
15 Schools participated in this Business Fair.
The aim is empower young entrepreneurs to CREATE, INNOVATE & SELL!
The Business Fair was held at All Saint's Indoor Hall on 21st August 2026.
At the Business Fair there students-run business stalls, Handmade products, Games & Fun Activities,Photobooth, Food & Drinks.
Our students got to interact with students from other participating schools. It was memorable event for the students.

The Edmundian Fest 2026 was held on 19th, 20th and 21st August 2026.Our students took part in Cooking, Dancing (Indian) and Singing (Choral Western).

Today, the students of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of the Vocational Education Training had their half-yearly assessment in Cooking.
They prepared the meal.
Today's menu included chicken noodles, served with chilli sauce, spring onions, green pepper, and capsicum.
For salad: cucumber and tomato.
They cooked, prepped the table, and served the food to the teachers, who then graded the students on Preparation, Taste, Texture, Serving, and Overall Presentation.
It was indeed a very delicious meal.
The teachers who were part of the grading were very impressed with the students.

MUSIC MAKES THE WORLD COLOURFUL!
Today we organized an Inter-House Singing Competition.
Students from the 3 houses participated in the Solo Singing Competition.
It was wonderful to see that all the children sang with confidence.
Great and wonderful effort by all the teachers of the 3 houses to make sure that the students practiced, and they all sang beautifully.
Thanks to the parents for encouraging your children to come up on stage and sing with their beautiful voices.
The most beautiful part about our children is that there is no stage fear.

We were fortunate to have students from the NEHU Adult and Continuing Education Department visit our school. They also put up a dance, a group song, and a duet.
