The Startup Cell at Government Engineering College Sheikhpura invites applications for the role of Startup Coordinator to strengthen entrepreneurship and startup initiatives in the district.

Role Summary :
- The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Promoting and creating awareness about Startup Bihar Policy 2022

- Organizing and managing outreach activities, mentorship sessions, and startup events

- Coordinating with students, institutions, and startup founders

- Reporting and maintaining communication with the Department of Industries

Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation or B.Tech in any discipline

- Strong interest in startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship

- Good communication and coordination skills

Tenure : 1 Year
Honorarium : ₹20,000 per month

The session aimed to create awareness among school girls about startups, entrepreneurship, and the Startup Bihar Policy 2022. Guided by Dr. Jaishanker Prasad Keshari (Principal, GEC Sheikhpura) and Prof. Binay Kumar (Faculty In-charge, Startup Cell), the event was actively conducted by student representatives Om Raj, Divya Kumari, Ashish Kumar, and Prince Kumar.

Startup Cell, GEC Sheikhpura successfully organized an awareness session on Startups and Entrepreneurship for school girls. Students learned about how to start their own startup and get benefits under the Startup Bihar Policy 2022.

With guidance from our respected Principal Dr. Jaishanker Prasad Keshari and Faculty In-charge Prof. Binay Kumar, the session was conducted by student representatives Om Raj, Divya Kumari, Ashish Kumar, and Prince Kumar.
