Formal general meeting of Social Forum on Human Rights held on 18.05.2025.

It's my pleasure to give thanks to all of you for joining the formal general meeting (18/05/2025) on Google meet from 7.00 to 8.00 pm.
I am happy that you all have responded in detail about each organisational point I have put forward in relation to increase the activities of SFHR in all the states towards district level and gave useful suggestions, for which, I am grateful to President Delhi Shri Ravindra Singh Tomar ji. President Chhattisgarh Shri Ganpat Chauhan ji . General Secretary Maharashtra Adv. Safdar Siddiqui ji.

सोशल फोरम ऑन ह्यूमन राइट्स की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष खेमसिंह चौहान के मुख्य आतिथ्य व राष्ट्रीय महासचिव वाहीद सिद्दीकी के गरिमामय उपस्थिति में गत शुक्रवार को फोरम से जुड़ी महिलाओं के संबंध में भारतीय संविधान में प्रचलित मौजूदा कानूनों की जानकारी देकर उन्हें अपने अधिकारों को समझने व निर्भीक होने की वर्चुअली वेबीनार संपन्न हुई जिसमें एनसीआर दिल्ली, उत्तरप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, तेलंगाना, उड़िसा, पश्चिम बंगाल, छत्तीसगढ़ और राजस्थान से अनेकों महिलाओं और फोरम के आला पदाधिकारियों की उपस्थिति रही कोरबा छत्तीसगढ़ लाॅ काॅलेज के प्राचार्य हरिकृष्ण पासवान फोरम के राष्ट्रीय ज्वांइट जनरल सेक्रेटरी ने महिलाओं के कानूनी अधिकारों के संदर्भ में संविधान के विभिन्न अनुच्छेदों में प्रमुख रूप से घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम, मातृत्व अवकाश अधिनियम,टोनही प्रताड़ना अधिनियम,विदेश विवाह अधिनियम, दहेज प्रताड़ना अधिनियम,लेबर लॉ के प्रावधान,इंडीसेंट प्रोहिबिशन तथा कार्यस्थल पर महिला उत्पीडन रोकने संबंधी अधिनियमों का विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए अवगत कराया वैदिक काल और प्री वैदिक काल में पहले महिलाओं की पूजा होती थी आज यह स्थिति बद से बद्तर हो गई है, सावित्री बाई फुले के कालखंड से महिलाओं की शिक्षा से जागृति मिलती चली गई यह कहना लाॅ काॅलेज के प्राचार्य एच के पासवान का है,फोरम की महिला संगठन की राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष सत्यवाणी ने भारत की महिलाओं की मौजूदा हालात का वास्तविक घटनाचक्र का अनेकों उदाहरणों के साथ प्रस्तुतिकरण कर उपस्थित वेबीनार में सभी को चौंका दिया उनके मार्मिक वक्तव्यों और अनछुये पहलुओं को प्याज के छिलकों की तरह परत दर परत उधेड़ने से माहौल मार्मिक हो चला था,वेबीनार में उपस्थित फोरम के आला पदाधिकारियों ने सत्यवाणी के बेबाक बयान की सभी ने सराहना की वेबीनार को डाॅ देव शर्मा ने महिलाओं की मौजूदा हालात पर भावनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति व्यक्त की, डॉ हिमानी सोम ने भी अपने विचार रखे उक्त अवसर पर ज्योत्सना शेखर सेलखे, अमित पाण्डेय,आर एस तोमर,गिरिश सारस्वत,शोभा शंकरलाल,वाहिद सिद्दीकी,बी आर शेगांवकर,रमेश कुमार मिश्रा,एस के रानू, बुधराम अग्रवाल, जितेन्द्र केशरी, गनपत चौहान सहित अनेकों पदाधिकारियों की उपस्थिति रही आभार व्यक्त डॉ हिमांशी सोम ने किया!

Hi all.

I thank you all for joining our previsous session on protect ourselves from being victims of cyber crime.

We are back with you all today with a burning topic and which everyone of us needs.

Parenting is usally a challenging task, it is becoming even more tough task with the increased techology nd digitilisation/social media.

Parents are the first mediators of children’s experiences with digital tools: they have the task of integrating their use into ordinary routines (play, entertainment, learning, mealtime, etc.), promoting constructive and safety uses.

Digital media have quickly changed ways in which parents and children communicate, enjoy themselves, acquire information, and solve problems daily (both in ordinary and exceptional circumstances such as COVID-19 home confinement). Very young children are regular users of smartphones and tablet, so their early digital engagement poses new challenges to parent-child relationships and parental role.

To know more about how to handle and how to regularise the challenge of digitial parenting, please do join today seminar at 6.45pm.

सोशल फोरम ऑन ह्यूमन राइट्स दिल्ली प्रदेश की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक दिल्ली प्रदेश के अध्यक्ष श्री रविंद्र सिंह तोमर जी की अध्यक्षता में आरएसटी इलेक्ट्रिकल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के कार्यालय साहिबाबाद में संपन्न हुई । बैठक में संस्था के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष श्री देव शर्मा, महासचिव गिरीश सारस्वत, कोषाध्यक्ष श्री पंकज अग्रवाल, तृप्ति एवं श्री शांतनु तोमर उपस्थित रहे।

संस्था के माननीय राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री खेम सिंह चौहान जी के मार्गदर्शन के अनुरूप इस बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि दिल्ली प्रदेश के सभी पदाधिकारी संस्था के मूल उद्देश्य जनकल्याण को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए प्रत्येक माह में आवश्यक रूप से एक बैठक करेंगे जिससे कि परस्पर विचार विमर्श के उपरांत दिल्ली प्रदेश में जनकल्याण के कार्यों को गति दी जा सके।

इस बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से तृप्ति को दिल्ली प्रदेश का सचिव नियुक्त किया गया तथा यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि दिल्ली में तत्काल प्रभाव से संस्था का एक बैंक अकाउंट खोला जाए जिससे कि दिल्ली प्रदेश में संस्था के लोक कल्याणकारी कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से संचालित किया जा सके।सभा के अंत में दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया ।

My post on webinar on cyber security gave so many insights on how cyber crime takes places and this cyber crime is 90% on educated people like us only, bcz we are the one who uses the online. Knowingly or unknowingly we ourselves are exposing our own privacy.

We start our day with technology and we end day with technology. That is from Goodmorning to good night we are chased without our knowledge. We are thinking everything is good and easy and time saving, but we are been watched every second we are using the technology. All our online payments, shoppings, transactions, logins, sites we visit, apps we download, we are been observed by third person.

We raised agitation for the cameras in changing rooms at malls, but what about thia third eye, how can we stop? Can we stop? The answer is NO. But we can prevent.

I would like to share few insights which everyone should know.

1. If you are victim of cyber crime, dial 1930 within 1 or 2 hrs, so that it will be easy to crack.

2. If you loose money transfers through UPI, then immediately dial 14448 and get registered your complaint for cracking.

3. If you wish to know whether you have pwned or not?. Means any corporates or companies or apps have breached your details. Then login to https://haveibeenpwned.com and you can check who has transferred your details. So, immediately change the password for those sites.

4. When we are paying the bills at hotels, medical shops, supermarkets etc., They ask our phone number to give the bill and we share the phone number. But, have we ever thought, to issue bill why do they need phone number?.

5. Go to my activity google and see, you will be shocked to know your own movements.

We thank Sri. Anil Rachamalla garu for the wonderful session with so many shocking examples which we do every day unknowingly.
