We are a non profit organization working on education in Senapati District of Manipur.

Started as an individual project in the year 2019 just to spread smile and still existing just to spread smile on a stranger face.

We are so fortunate to have met our sponsored students of Savio High School, Paomata. Not only did we met our sponsored students but we had the opportunity to meet and interact with the student of class 10 who are getting ready to appear their matriculation exam next year.

To us sponsorship is not just about helping the children financially but a way to engage them socially, physically and support them emotionally where ever we can. A single word can pull a person down and at the same time a single word can also enlighten and motivate a student to do better.

Encouraging students whenever we go to the field has become a part of our routine when we visit schools in villages.

As we celebrate our second anniversary, we would like to thank Mr. Hriiyikho, who have volunteered to accompany the team on a visit to Children of Mizpah Orphanage and repaired electrical problems in the orphanage.

A dire need of the children have been solved with his help since final exams are approaching next month.

Couldn’t be grateful for his unending support for the orphanage.

Embarking into our 2 years of journey…

The journey so far have been a variety of colours like that of a rainbow 🌈. Meeting and uncovering a lot of hidden talents among the students. Never the less, the journey has been a rough terrain. Yet with your support in every steps we take, we have come this far.

Thanking our partner organization, schools, individuals who have cooperated and supported us in every way possible. As we celebrate 🎉 our second year anniversary we give out our happiness to everyone out there.

EDAH Foundation team along with our partner organization Sunbird Trust have visited some of our sponsored students on 25-09-2023 to build human connection and updates about our sponsored students performance in their respective schools.

We visited Okai Academy school and Mt. Gibeon Hr. Sec. School.

Two days workshop on Life skills have been successfully organised at Mt. Gibeon Hr. Sec. School, Tadubi on 11 & 12 of August, 2023.

Thanking the principal and chaplain of the school for assisting the team all throughout the program.

A total of 80 participants from class 11 & 12 attended the workshop.

Grateful to be a part with the family of Savio High School, Tungjoy. EDAH team in collaboration with the school, organised a two days workshop on Life Skills with the class 10 students including both the students from Tungjoy and Paomata schools on 13 and 14 April, 2023. A total of 64 students participated in the workshop.

Having the opportunity to reach out to the upcoming generation and instilling them the knowledge we have is worth striving for.

Thanking Fr. Philip Rei, Principal of the school for the hospitality and letting us feel at home. This program would not have been successful without your support.

An amazing experience for us with the school and the students. The energy and the vibe we received from the students is incomparable. The amount of love and respect we received from the students is worth cherishing.

Kicking off our new financial year with another footprint of ours at Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Punanamei. In collaboration with the school we have organised a 2 days workshop on Life Skills which took place on the 3 and 4 of April, 2023 with the 10 standard students where a number of 69 students participated in the workshop.

Our mission is to reach out to every schools and colleges in the district, helping the student know what Life Skills is and built their confident by giving them a platform and opportunity through Life Skills.

Sponsorship orientation program for the academic year 2023-2024 have been successfully organised in the presence of on 25 of March, 2023. The program was attended with a huge crowd both from the sponsored students and parents. Nearly 500 parents and students participated the program welcoming Sunbird Trust team member Mr. Janthuiyang RK John, Sponsorship Co-ordination and Ms. Chitra Suvarna, School leader.

EDAH Foundation with the support of our partner organization Sunbird Trust is sponsoring 250 students in 15 different schools in the district for the academic year 2023-2024. Last year a total number of 100 students from 10 schools were sponsored through our partner organization.

Our Founder & CEO Mr. Loli Kaikho shared the origin and the work EDAH Foundation have done and achieved so far. “Take this sponsorship as an opportunity, we are not asking you to be perfect but you can to be a perfect human being. We are here to do business with you all where we give you something and you give us something in return. We are not doing this for ourself, but whatever we are doing is for you all. Give your best not only in your studies but participate in every extra curricular activities. Do not wait for the opportunity by grab it”, said by him to the students.

Ms. Chitra Survana gave a brief introduction on what Sunbird Trust do and who founded the organization. Mr. Janthuiyang RK John shared details about the sponsorship project.

We are also delighted to have Mr. Abraham Manikho in our midst who came to witness and support us with his presence.

Thanking Father Philip who graced and blessed the program and welcoming our partner organization team members with a welcome song from his school.

We are grateful to all our sponsored schools who have co-operated and supported us in whatever ways possible to make this program a grand success.

Also thanking Tadubi Town committed (TTC) for letting us organise the program in their community hall and special thanks to Tadubi Youth and Student Organization (TYSO) for extending their help who also played a vital role in making the program a grant success.

Ending the financial year with a huge achievement from our side by reaching out to nearly 400 students in 8 different schools and colleges in the district through Life Skills under our DREAM (Daring Responsibility Eagerly and Motivate) Project.

In a world where mental stress have become a prevailing issues among the students due to various pressures around them, through the help of Life skills we were able to give them a break and help them understand themselves better, and become a better version they are destined to be.

Every student we meet in our journey leaves a lasting impact towards us i.e. by helping us understand them better, their needs and wants.

Thanking to all the schools and colleges who have collaborated with us and giving their students a chance and a opportunity to learn in a fun way.

We believe this is not the end but a starting point to reach out to many more students in the coming months ahead.

The amount of love and respect we received from the students is what motivate and pushes us to go further.

When someone ask what is the best part about our job?

Well the answer is here. Been able to receive priceless love and reaction from children wherever we go. Children make us feel loved, makes us fight against all odds just to see them smile.
