ETIHAD PEACE MINORITIES WELFARE FOUNDATION
The objects of the Charitable Public Trust are:
1. Construction and maintenanceETIHAD PEACE ACADEMYfor the benefit of the public.
2. Construction and running of Schools, colleges,education institutions, free dispensaries, Centers for poor feeding
and homes for the aged for the benefit of the public.
3. Providing f
or grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and
deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.
4. Granting of financial assistance to any educational institution for granting scholarships, prizes, medals, awards
for excellence in studies, sports and scientific research, distribution of books and note books for poor
and deserving students.
5. Establishment, conduct, maintenance of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and
institutions of similar nature and providing financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment,
in any medical institution.
6. Providing financial assistance for performing, (Tanawolley Taam, Braye Khas wa aam )and feeding the
poor directly and through other institutions.
7. Providing financial assistance for performing individual & group all religion poor girls marriages directly
and through other institutions.
8. Establishment, conduct, maintenance of old age homes, homes for physically challenged men, women and
children and persons with similar disabilities and also for granting financial assistance to institutions
performing similar activities.
9. Providing for or contributing to education and scientific research and development.
10. Providing relief to the poor and advancing any other object of general public utility.
11. The Trust will not carry out any activities with the intention of earning profit and will perform with service
motive only.
12 . To establish libraries and documentation centers including audio visual and computer based educational
materials and research libraries to facilitate mental development of people.
13. To organize seminars, workshops, conferences,exchange visits, study tours etc, on Participatory Research
and people’s education in different sectors of development .
14. To contribute to any charitable, benevolent and useful scheme of public and humanitarian character . 15. To receive donations in cash or kind from individuals Trust for the purpose of carrying out the objects
of the PEACE & MINORITIES WELFARE .
16. To support and render financial assistance to charitable and educational causes and institutions organizations,
or Trusts by means of donations, on such terms and conditions as PEACE & MINORITIES WELFARE deem
fit and proper which in the opinion of PEACE & MINORITIES WELFARE carry out all or any of the
objects of PEACE & MINORITIES WELFARE . To act as Trustee for the Trusts of like nature and objects
on terms and conditions set out in such Trusts.
17. Same activities of the Trust will be carried out all states in India.
18. To undertake activities to promote environmental awareness.
19. To organize and take-up Health, Educational and Welfare programs for needy & poor Men,Women
& Children.
20. To provide transportation, libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, and other necessary facilities to
the students connected with the activities of the above indicated higher and further technical educational
and training institutions.
21. To carry on academic and vocational education and training and also to carry on research in the field of
technical &scientific knowledge without any motive to make any profit.
22. Advancement of education including the establishment, endowment, maintenance of educational institutions for
the literacy of general masses of the people living below poverty line but not for profit. To give
scholarships, Prizes, and monetary assistance to the poor students to help them in their studies.
23. To initiate people to value the importance of nature and launch programs for plantation.
24. To integrate development of rural areas, rural communities, rural industrial centers, agriculture,
handicraft including programs by providing education & organizing different types of programs.
25. To speared awareness amongst people about their democratic & fundamental rights and to provide and
facilitate legal assistance to underprivileged and poor section of society to fight for their rights and justice.
26. To help the schedule, Backward Cast and other tribal’s cast people by way of providing general and
technical education.
27. To reassert that human rights or indivisible and universal and to challenge the development policies affecting
the rights of people .
28. To put the persons those violate the human rights in to legal action and try get severe punishment for them.
29. To do projects for promoting social and economic welfare/uplift of the public in any rural areas
30. To conduct meetings, propaganda and conferences in lawfully without any violence to get the rights of the people.
31. To reduce child labor, crime prevention against women through improving in education, providing training and
all other means which lead reduction in child labor.
32. To help the family of convicted persons as well as previous convict who are out of bar to make them as
peace loving of the society and to live peacefully.
33. To make arrangement of all kind of work for the planning of the government in regard to minors labors to
frame rules and regulation in the state.
34. To educate by spreading awareness among general public regarding adverse effects of smoking cigarette and
bidi, drinking alcohol etc. And also organize the lectures by expert team
of doctors, journalists and other learned persons on this issue.
35. To provide basic medical facility, sanitation, general health care and other needful support which can be
helpful for public to overcome sufferings and agony of any natural and man made disaster and to facilitate them
to rehabilitate.
36. To explore ways for promotion of socioeconomic development in the community .
37. To work for the welfare of socially neglected people and to protest and fight against the injustice
against people.
38. To encourage and promote family welfare activities among needy people.
39. To provide the relief measures in those parts of the country which become affected due to natural calamities
like famine,fire, flood and earthquakes etc.
40. To establish and manage networking of voluntary and non-governmental organizations.
41. To raise funds, accept gifts, donation, subscriptions in cash or in kind and any property either movable
or immovable for the achievement of the objective of the society.
42. To initiate award for the deserving people in the field of Music, Art, Sports at grass root level social
service, communal harmony, brotherhood and peace.
43. To aware people about their democratic & fundamental rights and to provide and facilitate legal assistance
to underprivileged and poor section of society to fight for their rights and justice.
44. To give support, aid to work for uplifting of the state of Men, women, children & youth group by providing
them education, training, assisting them in starting their own vocation and to such other things in this direction
as may appear necessary for betterment of women at large.
45. To purchase/acquire or take as grant or donation, land and/or building(s) in the name of the Trust and
make construction thereupon for the purpose of its stated objectives.
46. All the activities of the Trust shall be non-profitable and shall be done on a “no profit - no loss’’ Basis.
47. BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST: The Trust is established for the benefit of public and the class of
people mentioned above without discrimination of caste, religion, creed or s*x.
