Mohammed Saleem is only 37 years old.

But today, he is fighting a battle between life and death.

Doctors have clearly said that if urgent treatment and surgery do not happen immediately, his condition can turn fatal. The infection and cancer are spreading rapidly. Every single day without treatment is pushing him closer to danger.

His family has already borrowed money from relatives, neighbors, and lenders just to keep his treatment going. They have taken a loan of ₹5 lakhs for his medical expenses.

Now, they have nothing left.

Saleem is the only earning member of his family.
