READ adopts a community empowerment approach towards sustainable change specifically for the most marginalized community named Arun

thatiyars in Tamil Nadu. . READ is working hard to liberate the community from exploitation, poverty, child labour and many other human rights violations that this community face each day.

📚 EDUCATION IS ECONOMY – Scholarship Programme

Education is the foundation of a brighter future. Through the "Education is Economy" Scholarship Programme, READ is committed to ensuring that no deserving student is forced to discontinue their education due to financial hardship.

This year, READ distributed ₹11,38,500 in educational assistance to 237 deserving students, supporting their academic journey from school to professional courses.

Empowering Tribal Communities Through Livelihood & Education 🌿🤝

READ Organization is committed to improving the lives of tribal communities through sustainable livelihood and education initiatives.

In Puthukadu Village, READ supported Mr. Veluswamy with an oil engine to strengthen agricultural cultivation and improve his family's livelihood.

To further empower the community, READ is also planning to construct a Community Education Center in Puthukadu Village. This center will provide a safe and supportive space for children and community members to learn, grow, and build a brighter future through education.

Together, we are creating lasting change by investing in livelihoods, education, and the well-being of tribal communities.
