Hôm qua, 11 tháng 1 năm 2026, tôn tượng Phật đồng được Hiệp hội Tu sĩ Quốc tế làm lễ vị tại Samyak Buddha Vihar Rahul Nagar Bhopal bởi các tu sĩ Ấn Độ, Việt Nam và Myanmar. Hàng trăm phật tử tham dự đã giúp làm nên thành công của chương trình.

Yesterday, January 11, 2026, the consecration ceremony of the bronze Buddha statue was held at Samyak Buddha Vihar Rahul Nagar Bhopal by monks from India, Vietnam, and Myanmar, as initiated by the International Association of Monks. Hundreds of followers attended, contributing to the success of the program.

The Dragon Palace Temple, also known as the Lotus Temple of Nagpur, is a Buddhist temple in Kamptee, Maharashtra, India. The temple was established in 1999 with funds from the Japan-based Ogawa Society, a charitable trust. On a joyful morning at the free summer English class held at Shanti Vihar Monastery, 50 sets of school supplies — including books, Backpacks, and notebooks, Pencils, Eraser, Rules, Pens, Crayons, Sharpeners, Glue stick – were distributed to the children. These meaningful gifts were generously sponsored by the family of Thien P**c -Dieu Khanh and Phan Van Hiep from Canada supporting the children’s learning journey with love and encouragement.

The Vesak Celebration (Buddha Purnima) was held at Shanti Vihar, India(BC. 2569- CE. 2025)

We are so glad to come together with reverence and joy to celebrate Vesak, the sacred day that marks the birth, enlightenment, and mahaparinirvana of the Buddha. It is a day not just of ceremony, but of deep reflection—a day to honor the path of wisdom, compassion, and peace that the Buddha laid before us more than 2,500 years ago.

Here at Shanti Vihar, a place that truly lives up to its name“a home of peace” we are reminded of the importance of inner tranquility and compassionate living. The Vesak Day is a time to renew our commitment to the Buddha’s teachings: to practice kindness in speech, gentleness in action, and clarity in thought.
