Shramik Pathsala (Workers' School) is an initiative to empower labourers, including construction, agricultural, and MGNREGA workers.
Shramik Pathsala was conducted by AKP at Sanpdagar village of Jujomura Block, Sambalpur district, Odisha. Community people gathered to discuss important issues related to labour cards, livelihood opportunities, and access to government support schemes. Community people also shared their experiences and challenges related to employment, income, and accessing various schemes.

The meeting helped identify several issues faced by villagers, particularly labourers and economically vulnerable families. Many participants shared that they do not have the required documents to apply for labour cards and other government schemes.
