STEP - Sampurna Training and Entrepreneurship Programme Welcome to STEP's page ! We are a microfinance NGO in Kolkata to support women in their business with microcredit, social and economical effective services

STEP's vision is to improve and strengthen the standard of living of low income families in supporting them build their autonomy, enhance their social responsibility and realize their wishes. We support women in Kolkata and Howrah, West Bengale of India. Our partners are women living in slums or remote areas with economic and social needs, in priority the “Below Poverty Line Section”. These women

are mostly involved in the following activities:
> Small buy and sell business: vegetables, fruits, sarees...
> Production activities: tailoring, food processing, craft industry...
> Services activities: beauty parlour, hotel, cycle repairing...
We propose economical, financial and social services, to help them to optimize the use of their loan with trainings, business couselling, workshop in field...

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ, বিহার, ঝাড়খণ্ড ও ওড়িশার প্রতিটি শাখায় ‘সম্পূর্ণা’ আজ মাতৃভাষা দিবস উদযাপন করে ভাষার এই ঐক্য ও গৌরবকে সম্মান জানায়।
