Our Main Programs:
โ€ข Market-aligned information technology, spoken English and soft-skills training in rural centers in India through partnerships with community-based NGOs. At this time Anudip has trained over 8,000 youth.
โ€ข Large-scale job placement in IT-enabled services carried out through agreements with major employers. Our placement ratio to date is 75% trending toward 90%.
โ€ข Financing and

mentoring of Anudip graduates in setting up IT-enabled businesses in their communities thus improving their livelihoods and uplifting the economy of their communities. Forty entrepreneur groups have been setup so far by more than 100 Anudip entrepreneurs.
โ€ข Deliver cost-effective IT outsourcing and digitization services to clients worldwide at its MERIT project centers located in district towns.

๐ŸŽ“ Interactions That Stayed

On 11th August 2026, the Prabhat Livelihood Centre, Kolkata, celebrated its Convocation Ceremony honouring the journey of nearly 30 students, most of whom are already placed and building successful careers.

HR leaders from Kidderpore and Garden Reach Factories presented certificates and shared their own career journeys, leaving students inspired to write their own. For every student in that room, this wasn't just a certificate - it was a milestone that marks the beginning of a new chapter.

From balancing responsibilities to building a career and achieving a dream of her own, ๐ƒ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ๐ข๐ค๐š ๐’๐ข๐ง๐ ๐กโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐š ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ž๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง. After completing her graduation, Deepika joined Anudip Foundation, where practical learning, mock sessions, continuous mentoring, and personalized guidance helped her strengthen her communication, professional skills, and confidence.

Her efforts led to a ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ญ ๐“๐š๐ญ๐š ๐Œ๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ฌ ๐š ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ, ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐š ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ โ‚น13,000 ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก. Today, she is financially independent and able to support her family.

On 15 August 2026, Anudip Foundation centres across Bihar, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh came together to mark Independence Day with flag hoisting ceremonies, cultural programmes and patriotic activities.

From Patna City, BIT Mesra, Jamshedpur, Ramgarh, Tatisilwai, Khategaon and Kannod, our learners and teams celebrated the values of freedom, unity and togetherness with great enthusiasm.

Sometimes, an opportunity begins with simply showing up.

On 6 August, 150+ students from E&Y came together at Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, with one shared goal to explore what could come next in their careers. The Job Drive brought students face-to-face with recruiters from five companies, giving them a chance to speak, learn about different roles and take their first steps into the world of work.

Because when young people get the right opportunity, a new chapter can begin.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ This Independence Day, we celebrated freedom through service.

As part of our Pre-Independence Day celebrations, Anudip Foundation organised a blood donation drive across Jharkhand, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, bringing together students, employees and community stakeholders for a shared act of compassion and social responsibility.

Together, 72 units of blood were donated โ€” 37 in Jharkhand, 23 in Madhya Pradesh and 12 in Bihar.

For Anudip, empowerment goes beyond creating livelihoods. It is also about nurturing responsible, compassionate and socially conscious citizens who are willing to contribute to the communities around them. A heartfelt thank you to our leadership, teams, students and community partners for making this initiative possible.

On 10 August, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Debashis Sen, former IAS and Additional Chief Secretary, to our Centre of Excellence in Kolkata for an engaging Industry Connect session with our students.

The interaction gave students an opportunity to share their work, exchange ideas and gain practical perspectives on their projects and future possibilities.

It was a valuable opportunity for our students to learn beyond the classroom and see how their ideas can take shape in the real world.
