Our Main Programs:
โ€ข Market-aligned information technology, spoken English and soft-skills training in rural centers in India through partnerships with community-based NGOs. At this time Anudip has trained over 8,000 youth.
โ€ข Large-scale job placement in IT-enabled services carried out through agreements with major employers. Our placement ratio to date is 75% trending toward 90%.
โ€ข Financing and mentoring of Anudip graduates in setting up IT-enabled businesses in their communities thus improving their livelihoods and uplifting the economy of their communities. Forty entrepreneur groups have been setup so far by more than 100 Anudip entrepreneurs.
โ€ข Deliver cost-effective IT outsourcing and digitization services to clients worldwide at its MERIT project centers located in district towns.

For Anmol Singh, pursuing a BBA made her realise the importance of developing industry-relevant skills to enter the job market with confidence.

She joined ๐€๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ฉ ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐งโ€™๐ฌ ๐‚๐‚๐’_๐€๐ˆ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž ๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐š๐ซ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ค๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž, where she strengthened her professional skills and workplace readiness under the guidance of Sudip Chatterjee and Sk. Adil Siraj.

Despite the challenge of commuting to the centre, Anmol remained committed to her learning journey. After initially securing an opportunity at TCS, continued guidance from the Anudip team helped her transition to ๐“๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐š๐ฌ ๐š๐ง ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž, ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐š ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ โ‚น23,000.

Anudip Foundation and EXL have joined forces to equip students at IMS College, Noida with the industry-relevant skills and career readiness support they need to thrive in today's workplace.

From Advanced Data Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, ETL, SQL and Python to Generative AI, business analysis and data visualisation, students are gaining hands-on, project-based learning that goes far beyond the textbook. And it does not stop at technical skills. The programme is shaping well-rounded professionals, building confidence through professional communication, workplace readiness, career guidance and employability support, so students do not just enter the workforce, they're ready to lead in it.

The journey began with an inspiring inauguration, bringing together members of the leadership from EXL and Anudip Foundation, who shared valuable insights with the students.

A heartfelt thank you to the EXL team for powering this initiative and helping young people learn, prepare and build careers that matter.

On 12 September, our Bally Centre in Howrah welcomed 22 Accenture volunteers for an interactive engagement with 48 Anudip students.

From navigating the transition from campus to corporate life to understanding how AI is reshaping entry-level jobs, the session gave students an opportunity to hear directly from professionals and discuss real workplace situations.

The conversations also covered career opportunities in IT/ITES and business services, decision-making at work, and what the first 90 days of a new job can look like.

One moment made the engagement especially meaningful โ€” one of the Accenture volunteers was an Anudip alumnus, returning to share experiences with students who are now beginning a journey similar to his own.

Thank you, Accenture, for spending the day with our students and bringing workplace experiences closer to them.
