ब्राइट फ्यूचर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन ट्रस्ट ने चमोली जिले के जिलासू गांव में स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं के लिए एक भव्य प्रमाण पत्र वितरण समारोह का आयोजन किया। यह पहल उन 30 महिलाओं के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि थी, जिन्होंने नाबार्ड द्वारा प्रायोजित सूक्ष्म उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम (MEDP) का अपना प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर लिया था।

इस कार्यक्रम में श्री श्रेयांश जोशी (DDM, नाबार्ड) और श्रीमती आशा नेगी (Domain Trainer) के साथ-साथ श्री पंकज (Co-ordinator, Bright Future Organization Trust) श्री सोहन लाल ग्राम प्रधान एवं मां चंडिका स्वायत्त सहकारिता की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती पुष्पा देवी भी उपस्थित रही। इन गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने महिलाओं के साथ प्रेरणादायक विचार साझा किए और उन्हें अपने पेशेवर विकास तथा आजीवन सीखने के प्रति समर्पित रहने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।

यह सफल आयोजन स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं को उद्योग-प्रासंगिक कौशल और स्थायी रोज़गार के अवसर प्रदान करने के प्रति हमारी साझा प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।

नाबार्ड देहरादून के सहयोग से, ब्राइट फ्यूचर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन ट्रस्ट चमोली के जिलासू गाँव में सुक्ष्म उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम (MEDP) रहा है। इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य कौशल, उद्यमिता और उद्यम संबंधी सहायता के माध्यम से महिलाओं के नेतृत्व वाली आजीविका को मज़बूत बनाना है।

इस पहल के तहत, 30 महिलाओं के समूह को धूप एवं अगरबत्ती प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया। प्रशिक्षण के बाद, इन प्रतिभागियों ने अब छोटे पैमाने पर उत्पादन करके और स्थानीय बाज़ार के अवसरों की तलाश करके अपनी उद्यमिता की यात्रा शुरू कर दी है।

उनके विकास में सहायता के अगले कदम के रूप में, इन उद्यमियों को उत्पादन किट और ज़रूरी उपकरण उपलब्ध कराए गए। इनका उद्देश्य उत्पादन को मज़बूत बनाना, उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करना और उनके समुदायों के भीतर आय के स्थायी अवसर पैदा करना है।

हम नाबार्ड, देहरादून के अधिकारियों, बैंक प्रतिनिधियों, प्रशिक्षकों और समुदाय के सदस्यों के आभारी हैं, जिन्होंने इस कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया और अपना सहयोग दिया।

यह पहल उत्तराखण्ड में महिलाओं के नेतृत्व वाले मज़बूत ग्रामीण उद्यमों के निर्माण और महिलाओं के लिए आर्थिक अवसरों के विस्तार की दिशा में लगातार काम कर रही है।

The Bright Future Organization Trust proudly organized a 'Dhoop and Incense Stick Training Program' in Jilyasu village, located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. The event was graced by the presence of the DDM (District Development Manager) of NABARD, the Village Head, and social workers, whose attendance made this historic occasion even more special.

This was a moment of immense pride for all of us. This program, designed for 30 women belonging to Self-Help Groups, is being conducted under the NABARD-sponsored MEDP (Micro Enterprise Development Programme) project. It marks the beginning of their journey in the realm of self-employment. This initiative is not merely limited to certification; rather, it reflects our shared vision of strengthening India's self-reliance. Through this program, rural women are empowered with vocational skills, industry-specific knowledge, and the confidence to thrive in an evolving technological landscape.

Together, we are not merely building careers—we are building a secure and more robust future.

आज दिनांक 12/04/2026 को ग्राम सभा जिलासू में एक सामुदायिक बैठक का आयोजन हाट बाजार पंचायत भवन में श्रीमती ऊषा देवी जी की अध्यक्षता में बैठक सम्पन्न कराई गई जिसके मुख्य उद्देश्य निम्नवत रहे।
1- परिचय
2 - ग्राम प्रधान जी के सहयोग से समस्त ग्राम संगठन की महिलाओं से बात की गई धूप प्रशिक्षण हेतु महिलाओं को स्थान निर्धारित किया गया।
3- समस्त महिलाओं ने सहमति जताई एवं मेरे द्वारा महिलाओं को स्थान एवं समय निर्धारण कर सभी के द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिलवाने हेतु सहमति दी गई
निर्णय - समस्त महिलाओं द्वारा हाट बाजार में प्रशिक्षण दिलवाने हेतु सहमति जताई ओर धूप बनाने हेतु मेरे द्वारा बद्री गाय का गोबर फूल पेया और इत्यादि सामग्री को अपने पास इक्कठा करने हेतु सूचित किया गया एवं जो भी उस बनाई गई धूप से बाजारी करण करने जितना भी प्रॉफिट प्राप्त होगा वो महिलाओं को ही दिया जायेगा।
