Today Students and Faculty from the Biosciences from Swami Rama Himalayan University visited Sadhana Mandir to explore the timeless teachings of Swami Rama.
Their purpose is to understand how these practical yogic and meditative principles can be applied in daily life—for inner balance, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
