Yesterday we had a meeting with the local woman of sawala (champawat).
Our goal is to connect.
we explained what our ngo is doing and our plans for the future, and we talked about what their needs are.
We really want to support the people here who live in the mountainvillages, in every way we can.
They are facing a lot of problems.

Little sona, a puppy who comes to the ngo office to eat, and sleep under the fan, is sick. I noticed that he was reacting differently, and was vomiting.
There are a lot of cases of Parvo in rishikesh nowadays. Now sona also has it.
I had a talk with the nearby living owners to convince them to take action and to go to the clinic of Karma Animal Trust Rishikesh
Thanks to their love and care he will be happy and healthy soon, we hope. It will take some days of intensive care but we have good hope for his recovery.😇☺️🙏

Namaste everyone who is following us.
As you have noticed, the page name changed.
The previous name was from an earlier attempt to set up our ngo.
That didn't work out.
Now we are registered and ready to start.
Our new name is hitaloka....
Meaning....wellbeing, doing good for the world, society.
