आज डिवाइन लक्ष्मी गंगा में नगर पंचायत तपोवन के निर्वाचित पदाधिकारियों एवं विभिन्न व्यापारिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों के बीच एक विशेष बैठक संपन्न हुई।
बैठक का संचालन विक्रम मलिक एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष श्री त्रिलोक भंडारी जी द्वारा किया गया।

होटल एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष श्री विनोद कुलियाल द्वारा रखे गए प्रमुख बिंदु
1. व्यावसायिक संपत्तियों के लिए न्यायोचित व उचित कर दरों का निर्धारण
2. होटलों हेतु उपयुक्त कर स्लैब का गठन
3. भारत–पाक तनाव, यातायात संकट एवं मानसून के प्रभावों को देखते हुए होटलों के लिए विशेष राहत पैकेज
4. सरकारी मानदंडों के अनुसार होमस्टे पर कर-मुक्ति
5. तपोवन का सौंदर्यीकरण, बेंचों एवं सार्वजनिक शौचालयों का निर्माण
6. गलियों/सड़कों की संख्या निर्धारण
7. कर प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता हेतु व्यापारिक निकायों एवं सम्मानित निवासियों की सहभागिता से कर समिति का गठन

Information — Tax Meeting at Divine Laxmi Ganga
Respected Members,
Today, at Divine Laxmi Ganga, a special meeting was held between the elected office bearers of Nagar Panchayat Tapovan and representatives of various trade organizations.
The meeting was conducted by Shri Trilok Bhandari, President of Vikram Malik Association.
This program was organized under the aegis of Tapovan Laxmanjhula Hotel Association, with the participation of:

Major Points Raised by Hotel Association President, Shri Vinod Kulyal
1. Determination of fair and reasonable tax rates for commercial properties
2. Formation of appropriate tax slabs for hotels
3. A special relief package for hotels considering Indo-Pak tensions, traffic congestion, and the impact of the monsoon
4. No taxation on homestays as per government norms
5. Beautification of Tapovan, with the construction of benches and public toilets
6. Numbering of lanes/streets
7. Formation of a Tax Committee comprising trade bodies and respected residents to ensure transparency in the tax process
8. Management of waste disposal at reasonable rates
