Supreme Court decision to eliminate the reservation for creamy layers in ST/SC

My thoughts are like-

1- There is no relief for general category students because the reservation percentage will remain same.

2- It only benefit the poor families of ST/SC because they will get more chances of selection in their prescribed category

3- The irony is they ie. Poor ST/SC are protesting against it.

4- Govt has not reduced the ST/SC overall quota in reservation, without it non-reserved categories will not be profited.

5- This is a good decision of Supreme Court it will might not be beneficial for Un-reserved categories but must be best for poor ST/SC whose rights are chopped by their self society.

Exemption-
The general category will get benefit only if the central and state government will conduct surveys regarding division of ST/SC class on basis of their income as needy or creamy and then pass orders to reduce the ST/SC quotas.
Which will create more seats to un-reserved categories.

आज होने वाले मतदान हेतु मेरी आप सभी से यही विनती है कि यह चुनाव किन्हीं दो दलों के बीच संघर्ष के लिए नहीं बल्कि गुढ़ के सुदृढ़ भविष्य निर्माण का है।
